The best thermoelectric humidor!
Beautiful thermoelectric humidor! Received this, plugged it up, filled the provided dish with distilled water, and waited. After only one day, temperature and humidity are holding perfectly where I want them! Very well packaged, the shelves and drawer have a perfect fit, the seal is very tight, it is exceptionally quiet, and the included hygrometer is a nice touch! VERY satisfied with my purchase, and will be purchasing more as my collection grows! VERY well worth the cost, well built, and a beautiful addition to my cigar room!

Electric Humidor
Excellent humidor. Lots of storage space but doesn’t take up a lot of space in your house. Love the soft lighting to make it more ambient. Very quiet. Don’t ever hear it. Keep cigars at a great temperature and the seals keep humidity inside. Very easy to use and set up.

Good entry level sealed humidpr
This is a really good entry-level humidor for the cigar enthusiast. It has many pluses, a few limitations, and some really good features. One of the good features is that it is a fully contained, and lightweight humidor. Don’t expect this to be heavy like a refrigerator, because it does not have a compressor. It runs quiet and seals very well. It comes with a 6 foot cord for plug-in, which means it is Easily placed within the area that you want. The controls are very straightforward and easy to use. The door sealed very well and held humidity very well. One thing I did notice, is that it came with a reservoir in the back of the unit, that was not explained in the directions or in the description. I presume this is for you to put distilled water in to maintain a humidification level. It is in the back and will require you to remove, one of the shelves in order to remove it, fill it and replace it. It also comes with a reservoir to help you initially humidify the unit when you first get it. This works extremely well, I was able to get the humidity up to a great percentage, and Allow the wood shelves to properly acclimate to the humidity. One thing you need to make sure of, is that you can allow the door to swing all the way open, that is the only way to remove or pull out a shelf or the box in the bottom. It must be able to swing completely out or the shelves will catch on the door frame. I was able to get about 70 cigars in this with ease. However, to put full boxes in unit, they cannot be longer than the shelf is wide. Therefore, a box of Churchhill may have some difficulty fitting in this unit. They would be ideal for Robusto And Toro cigars. And checking the temperature gauge, wine appears to be a little light on temperature. I had it set to 70° and it only reached 67°. Easily adjustable with the range of the controls. The cooling of the unit is not quite as quiet as the heating is but that is no big deal. You just adjust the temperature to be a little bit more or less than your desired temperature and check it with a thermometer inside the unit. The light is a soft, blue hue, and really only serves the top shelf of the unit. Once you get, your unit filled, the light really doesn’t do much good. Again, the unit isn’t all that big so displaying your cigars is easily done as you open the door. The door is quality craftsmanship however, the glass does have a reflective gloss to it so you can’t really see inside the unit to display your cigars. I presume this is to help block out unnecessary light to degrade the cigars. Overall, I am very happy with this unit. I would recommend it for any cigar enthusiast who is just getting started and would like a nice climate controlled unit to keep their cigars stored. I would recommend that you invest in a good thermometer and hydrometer reading device to make sure that your cigars are kept at your optimal desired Temperature and humidity. For the price, this is an excellent entry level humidor.

Great Humidor!
Best bang for your buck humidor! So easy to setup and works great!! Highly recommend!! I had a cheap smaller cedar humidor that never gave me an accurate reading no matter how many humidor packs I put in. KingChii was easy and works great!

Disappointing In Several Ways, and Not Working as Advertised
The first thing you notice upon unboxing is that the overall workmanship is suspect. As you can see in the two product pictures the front door is misaligned and no easy way to fix that. There are screws under the end cap that I didn't mess with, but I do suspect that the unit was dropped or hit and possibly the door brackets are bent. In any case, you see the misalignment immediately and can't unsee it. Upon closer inspection, under the top hinge the glass/plastic surface is shattered and leads me to believe it was damaged in shipment even though it arrived in what appeared to be sufficient packing & protection. I was actually on the edge of keeping the unit anyway, but I have spent the past three days seasoning the unit and closely monitoring data with a Yolink humidity and temperature monitor, which I HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for true data on a humidor. No need to open the humidor to get data, and in my case with other humidors you can see detailed trends on both metrics especially when it comes to the impact of ambient temperature changes, sunlight, etc. The data as you can hopefully see in the graph was disappointing. While the unit is seasoning properly and has been kept closed for three days, the unit has an unacceptable level of variation for temperature. It has been set at exactly 67 degrees F for three days, and it took about 16 hours to actually cool down to that temp. I could hear the unit turning off and on so it "doing something" but nothing fast. From that point you see spikes of almost 69 degrees F and dips into the 65 degree range based largely on the ambient temperature in my home office.... colder at night when we lower temps and warmer during the day. While +/- 4 degrees F isn't *terrible* the way it mirrors the ambient temps in my home office makes me wonder..... is the unit doing anything? It makes noise once in awhile so "something" is happening, but it's certainly not calibrated for anyone who wants to be very exact in their temperature settings. It makes me wonder what will happen once it finally heats up here and we have warmer days but cool nights... but I'm not waiting around to find out... the unit is being returned. Final points: - As many people point out, it's an entry level small wine fridge that has been repurposed to be a temperature controlled humidor. - I used the term "humidor" loosely. Yes, there are what appears to be Spanish Cedar shelves inside, the entire outer housing is plastic and glass. I find it a little humorous at some of the comments around 'seasoning for 2 weeks, etc. etc." and all these back and forth discussions because this unit has almost no cedar to season. For a normal humidor you are seasoning 6 surfaces (4 walls, top, and bottom) and the shelves which are all made of Spanish cedar. The whole point is that over several days to weeks you slowly bring all this wood up to the proper humidity so it acts as a "humidity buffer" to draw upon when you add new cigars and/or open the lid. With this unit there is so little cedar it really won't serve as a buffer and when you open the door I would suspect the humidity level to drop and vary widely. Net-net... it's not really a "humidor" at all. - Once seasoned, I can see it being an somewhat effective humidor for those not expecting temp control perfection. If you are a novice cigar smoker looking for a vertical mounted humidor it will operate like this, but... it's not really a humidor in the traditional sense. - Spanish cedar is as advertised for the shelves, but combined with that wonderful cedar smell is the usual "gross Chinese product manufacturing smell" that is something like a heavy oil / burned plastic smell. I wiped the unit down really well and could still smell it with all the cedar shelves out, but I've not reopened the door yet since I'm seasoning. - The combination of one little top light and a smoked glass door is a poor choice. Needing a flashlight or opening the door to see the cigar selections totally defeats the purpose of a glass door. Overall, a big disappointment and it's being returned.

Almost great...so close
Couldn't wait to get this thing and get it set up. Opened the box, no long lasting smell as some have had, looks good. Seals well. Temp fropped from 80 to 70 in maybe 20 mintues or so. I have 3 gripes. One I knew about and that is that the door must be opened almost all the way to slide out the shelves or drawer. One I can fix, the other maybe. Second gripe is the top slat the shelf slides into, is much smaller in the back than the front. It slides in fine at first, but as it nears the back it gets very hard to push in. I may be able to sand the back ends down a tad to fix this. The last one, I knew about, and thought I could fix it. It happens when you pull the hard to pull out shelves and all your smokes slide off. There needs to bea lip of some sort to stop this. I bought come spanish cedar planks and was going to put them on the front, kind of like a speed bump or sorts, but it can't be done the way the very front of the shelf meets the end of the plastic slats it slides into. So...just gotta come up with a way to remedy this and It could be perfect.

Easiest humidor I’ve ever had.
If you’re on the fence about getting one of these, just do it. You will thank yourself later when you have 0 worries about your cigars being taken care of and did very little to get it set up. Here’s my week of using review. Pros: User friendly - easy to use touch panel for temp and light. Set to your temperature and let it do it’s job. Set up - took just 24 hours to reach my desired parameters and the only things I had to do was plug it in, set the temp, throw in Boveda packs, and stock with cigars. Easiest humidor set up I’ve ever had. Consistent temp and humidity - haven’t had any fluctuations in temperature or humidity since set up Appearance - this thing looks like it’s made by NASA and definitely will get peoples attention when they see it. Storage - definitely enough room to store a good amount of cigars where you wont have to restock often before running out. Cons: Tray dimensions - in order to open the trays you need to open the door completely wide open to get the tray to slide out without hitting the door. The back of the trays also don’t go flush to the back so if you over stock them the cigars can and will fall through the back to the bottom. Light - the light isn’t very bright and can’t be seen at the bottom trays when stocked. No humidity sensor - it will tell you temperature but not humidity level. It does come with hygrometer but it’s analog so I would recommend using them for great accuracy. Storage - 250 cigars is a stretch. Realistically you’ll get about 50-75 if you’re really packing this thing full of sticks. But l only put it as a con because it states 250 cigars storage. It will most definitely hold enough cigars that you won’t be running out often. Over all: This is a set it and forget it type of humidor. If you live in a place that gets hot this is a must have. It will keep your cigars in a consistent environment for both temperature and humidity. This is something that can be kept in a garage year round and not have to worry. If you want something easy, that works, and looks nice, get this humidor.

Incompatible power supply
I bought this because the reviews appeared great, however, it is not mentioned anywhere that the appliance requires a 110v supply. In the UK, the supply is 240v/60hz. Fortunately, I read the instructions and checked the power information at the back of the humidor before plugging it in and accidentally blowing it up. I haven't been able to use it yet as I now need to get a power adapter that supports the odd plug that the humidor comes with... which will likely cost me £30-£50. Surely, this should be mentioned somewhere in the description.

Bad humidity and smell
Very bad product don’t buy. It was delayed for weeks then the product doesn’t maintain humility it’s either too high or too low and it produces weird smells which ruins the cigars. The humidity temperature settings is not precise. Don’t waste your money

Fairly accurate low noise Overall Good Quality
I placed a Govee hygrometer to check the accuracy and there is only 1 degree Celsius RH difference Temperature is .2 degrees Celsius difference. This is the first day seasoning the humidor and so far so good. Door is solid and cedar shelf and drawer good quality. Only thing is that the plug is US which was expected as it came from Amazon US. So don’t forget to buy an adapter.

Geniales Teil.
Bisher mein einziger Kritikpunkt.
