Didn't realize this was just one insole for $29.00. Pretty shady.

There's not much that can be done to help a broken toe heal, but this insert helps move the process along, and it's more comfortable and less clunky than a post-op boot. My husband kept reinjuring his broken toe which delayed healing, so his podiatrist recommended this Carbon Fiber insert. It fits easily underneath his sneaker's insole and provides a stiff base so he doesn't bend his toe when walking. He was afraid the insert would be too stiff or make his shoe too tight and cause him to limp, but that doesn't happen. Keep in mind there is only ONE insole in the package and you can turn it over so it fits either the right or left shoe. And as mentioned in the product description, it's helpful to measure your shoe insole before you order to make sure you are getting the correct size. My husband wears a size 11.5 sneaker and ordered the men's 11.5-12 size insole and it fits perfectly. Highly recommend this product!

Recovering from a toe/foot fracture, my doctor recommended a carbon insole for in my shoes after getting out of the orthopedic boot. Unfortunately I couldn’t wear it. Too hard and uncomfortable on the bottom of my foot. Had to return. May be useful for other needs, but I could not wear.

This is a well made Carbon Fiber Insole- makes a huge difference to my healing foot fracture in terms of comfort. The very detailed sizing chart was helpful as this one gives information about both length and width. Best advice would be to MEASURE YOUR FOOT carefully, don't go by the shoe size. I ordered both my regular shoe size, and the one which was one size smaller than my typical shoe size. The smaller one is perfect, the larger one- my "shoe size" would not go into the shoe.
