I've been searching for nut-free, gluten-free protein bars and finally found the perfect ones: the 88 Acres Vegan Seed Protein Bars! They taste amazing and are loaded with nutrients, which makes them the perfect snack for my hikes and mountain biking adventures.

It arrived quickly and I really like these bars. They are not overly sweet and they don’t have the weird chalky texture of many protein bars!

Let me start be saying I love the brand 88 Acres. However this product was lacking in flavor, made my tummy hurt, and was quite oily. It fits the criteria of healthy, however just not tasty like other 88 Acres products.

I purchased these bars after trying the Banana bread flavor. The banana brad was fabulous. I was like finally a nut free, safe protein bar that tastes good. So I said well the chocolate has to be good then and ordered to have options. Chocolate was not good.

It is so delicious and we want more bites! Yummy and filling and love the chocolate plus these are non-GMO, Gluten-free and we can both have one and it does not have Soy...my top Allergy. Fabulous!

I eat protein bars pretty much on a daily basis and have tried many different kinds. These ones intrigued me because they are a seed protein bar. I don't think I've ever had one like that. Anyway they came in a box with 4 bars. I did notice that the bars were sealed, but the outside of the wrappers had some grease or something on them like they had been opened, but they weren't. The box they came in was sealed too, so I can only assume they came from the manufacturer that way. Anyway I wiped them off and tried them, and they have a really substantial, chewyness to them that is a joy to eat. They are very filling, likely due to some combination of the protein (12 grams) and extremely high fat (19-21 grams) content. I find these to be some of the better tasting and more satisfying protein type bars that I've had in a while which is probably because of the super high fat. I am not sure how healthy the super high fat is as I'm not on a keto diet, but these are a joy to eat.

I really enjoy this protein bar. It is delicious and and simple and not filled with a lot of weird ingredients. It's just simple and clean with protein from pumpkin seeds. Excellent!
