iPad Air 5th Generation Magnetic Case 2022 / iPad Air 4th 2020 Case Double-Layer Magnetic Folio Cover with Multiple Angles and Pencil Charging Support, Premium PU Leather(Black)

This case promises alot, but struggles to deliver on the promises. It's worth noting that it's quite heavy. An iPad Air is 461g, the listed weight of this case is 1.2lbs (544g). I haven't weighted them, but tablet and case together feel upwards of 2.5lbs.Pro's:1. I like being able to remove the inner case from the cover. It lightens the weight and makes it easier to hold.2. The ability to attach the iPad on a magnetic surface, such as a fridge, is nice and works well. I've been able to open the door while the iPad is attached and it hasn't slipped down.3. It seems like it is dirt resistant, any dirt brushes off, but I haven't had it long enough to really test that.4. The ability to prop the cover and have the iPad in either portrait or landscape orientation is nice.Con's:1. Most of the advertized folding positions are not stable. If you are using the tablet or it's sitting on a slick surface, expect it to collapse. Realistically there are about 3 or 4 usable positions. This was particularly disappointing because it was all the middle angles that didn't really work and those were the angles I find usefull. Don't get me wrong, you can position it in all 9 positions, just like in the promo video, but jiggle the table a bit or actually use the iPad and it will soon flop down flat.2. The weight - I wish I had bought a lighter case.3. All the magnets make it a bit clunky to open the cover.4. If you have been using the inner case out of the cover, there's no clear guide to orienting it back in the cover. The inside looks just like the outside and without looking at the back of the iPad for the camera, there's no clue about top to bottom. Expect about a 50% success rate at getting it right each time you put the case back in the cover.

This case is sturdy yet sleek at the same time. It is a bit heavy, but personally I don’t mind the extra weight because my iPad Air seems more protected. Also, the option of removing the case from the thicker outside layer can mitigate this issue when I prefer a lighter feel. I’m a student and this is perfect for me for studying. I’m able to utilize the folds to have better support when writing for long hours, as well as have the option to use the magnetic case on a whiteboard to make writing out lectures easier. I definitely recommend!

La funda protege muy bien, llevo unos meses con ella y está intacta. Eso si, es un poco pesada, pero si quieres proteger tu equipo, eso no importa. Los imanes funcionan muy bien, la pego a la refrigeradora sin problemas.

This case just arrived, and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality. I've ordered many an iPad case before, and they're usually "ok." This one feels like it's very well-made! The material feels really good; the case feels sturdy; and the magnet seems strong. Since I just got it, I can't speak to how well it holds up over time. But I'm hopeful I won't have to replace it anytime soon!

Only thing I dislike is the flap often hangs over the screen blocking the view until it finally settles to the back after pressing it down hard to get it to stay..maybe smh

I can't comment on durability yet but so far the Marasone case is a winner. We are primarily using ours in the kitchen for recipes. [ Apple Notes + pencil to mark them up blows away pretty much any recipe app out there! ] Being able to position the iPad vertically (portrait mode) is key in this scenario. Of course the Marasone case also works well in horizontal (landscape) mode for typing or watching videos (although other cases may have more usable angles in this orientation). With a hybrid case like this, when writing with the pencil you can ditch the extra bulk of the front cover you would have with a regular folio case. The pencil sticks to its slot at the edge of the case and charges with no problem. If you are moving around with the cover on, the flap keeps the pencil securely in place. Fit and finish are great and the case feels sturdy and protective. It's not the least expensive but for us it checked all the boxes. In fact, after looking at a lot of these, I am not sure there is a more versatile case out there at any price!

I never leave Amazon reviews, but this one is warranted. I looked high and low for a case that met my needs: (1) had a protective layer around the full iPad, (2) allowed me to stand the iPad up horizontally and vertically, (3) allowed my Apple Pencil to charge without removing the case, and (4) didn't turn my device into an ugly, bulky brick straight out of a bad sci-fi movie. This case was about the closest thing I could find that I could get in the US, but I was skeptical of how good it would be given the price compared to quality cases from brands I know.I ordered it anyways, and was shocked when I grabbed it off of my porch just by the fact that it was heavier than anticipated. It isn't unreasonably heavy, but it is sturdier than the cheap and flimsy materials I expected. The silicone case that goes around the physical iPad was a perfect fit around all edges and the back camera of my iPad Air 5 (the 2022 one). I can use the Touch ID sensor and volume buttons easily. There's a shaped groove where the Apple Pencil sits that keeps it secure and allows for it to charge through the case.The stand is super easy to use in the horizontal orientation and supports 2 angles. You have to pull a bit to get the iPad off the stand to switch it to vertical, which I like because I know it's secure. The flap also secures firmly across the side with the Pencil and I don't feel like that's going to go anywhere on accident.I am SUPER pleased, in a way I usually am not when I'm buying unknown products from Amazon. If Apple sold this in their store I wouldn't bat an eye; the quality is there. If you have a similar situation or set of needs to me, I would highly recommend checking this out to protect your device!

La cover in se è molto bella, il magnete si presenta molto efficace ed è molto elegante il fatto di poter staccare quando si vuole la parte che copre lo schermo e avere l'IPad sempre protetto posteriormente. Faccio il reso per due motivi: il primo è che l'IpPad diventa pesante, ma è un elemento che si può anche ignorare se alla fine viene usato su un tavolo o se si porta in una borsa/zaino. Il secondo motivo, il che è anche un mio consiglio, è che mi sarebbe piaciuto che il lato magnetico dell'IPad rimanesse non coperto dalla cover, questo perché, per chi possiede la Apple Pencil e vuole tenerla sempre con una cover per proteggerla, questa non caricherà nonostante il magnete funzioni, quindi solo se la Pencil non è coperta da una cover allora la carica funzionerà.
