I was looking for product like this cause I kept seen it on my news feed and I finally got it and the quality of this product is great so I know it can stand on all the chewing.

These are way to chew on but the texture and “taste” if you can call it that make it unappealing to do for long periods I time. I quickly gave up, between the weird feeling and then need to boil it to clean it every time. They are easy to use and seem plenty durable, so quality isn’t an issue. It’s definitely something you’re going to have to stick with at work, school, etc for months to see results. I just can’t bring myself to walk around with spit soaked plastic cubes that long for results that may or may not actually happen.

Works if you are consistent. :) I am keeping it on my coffee table to I can grab it when I am watching TV. The Jaw Exerciser is tough, strong and requires good effort to use, but that's the point! When I am consistent, I notice difference!

Jawzrsize Sport jaw exerciser is well made and comes packaged well. There are storage boxes for each set of cubes to keep them in good condition. When you first use them it takes a while to get used to. Each set has a different resistance but they all share the same issue. It's an odd texture and it feels strange. I had to stop using them after they loosened the bridge and crown on my lower molars. I think they are made for people without extensive dental work.

I used to have a different jaw workout similar to this that worked a lot better. Not only is this super tough, it's too big and it feels like I'm dislocating my jaw more than working it out. Find something smaller and more comfortable

These are pretty crazy, they are different than the normal jaw exercisers you see. These go in your mouth back by your molars. I like to think I'm in pretty good shape, I own a ranch and am constantly digging, lifting and working, plus I go to the gym 3-4 days a week. I ordered these and tried them, and realized I had been neglecting my neck and jaw. The instruction say to chew on these for 5 min, My jaw was exhausted after 30 seconds and I couldn't do it anymore after 1 min. Theses are well made, packaged very well in there individual plastic storage boxes for each resistance and I think they are going to make a huge difference in time.

This comes in a nice packet--you get three different strengths and each has its own little box. Should be easy to travel with etc. There is no smell or taste to the rubber and it stands up to chewing. It IS super tough and feel a little big. They recommend 5 min. but after 3 min. your jaw starts to feel "tired." Maybe that means it is working? Hoping I'll be able to work up to 5 min. and start progressing with the weights. Overall, it feels like this is a good product. Only time will tell if it works or not!
