A great additon when looking to add a more complex flavor profiel to your cocktails.
I added this simple syrup to my pantry mostly so I could add some extra flavor to banana bread old fashioneds'. The brown sugar simple syrup added an extra level of flaovor and complexity to my cocktail. The syrup also is a nice addition to yoru morning coffee. I was expecting a much smaller bottle than I received, since the price was so reasonable, it's a great value for your dollar. My bottle came sealed and packaged well, and tastes great.

Not comparable to Sbux brown sugar!
The smell is very weird. I worked at Sbux for over 3 years and I personally don’t think it’s comparable to their brown sugar syrup. It doesn’t have a very brown sugary flavor, it mostly just tastes like sugar. Consistency is very thin, but good value if you’re not looking to replace a sbux brown sugar flavor!

Old product!!!
The product was within 3 months of expiration (received May 2025 and expires in August 2025). It did not taste good at all. It tasted old and was unpalatable! It is upsetting that Amazon refuses to refund the money spent on this disgusting syrup. I completely wasted my money on this! I do not recommend it! If I didn't have to put the one star just to give my review, I wouldn't have because it is not worthy of even a half of a star.

Excellent in Cold Brew & Cold Foam
I make cold foam to go in my cold brew coffee and I add this Brown Sugar syrup to it. I like the taste of this product, the value for the amount you get is great and the bottle arrived safely; no leaking or breakage. This is my second time ordering Collins brand and the consistency of this product is spot on. Making my own coffee at home saves me a lot of money, time and it's really easy to do.
