Quality and great value
The price was appealing and they do a great job muffling sound and providing good ear protection. My only concern is how sore they make my ears after wearing them for long periods.

Too tight fitting
I liked this pair of earmuffs because of the high rating it had for protecting you from outside noise. It did a very good job. The only issue I had was the earmuffs were extremely tight on my head and I have a normal sized adult head actually probably a little smaller than some, but it’s still was very Tight to the point it gave me a headache. I wore them once however, and it really does keep the sound out so I think it would work great for some people, but it needs to be a little more adjustable so it fits more sizes. The color was nice. The packaging was nice , but I had to return them because they weren’t going to work for me.

Quiet
They did require some amount of breaking in, as I have a big head. The padding feels like it’s durable and soft at the same time. The covers are adjustable too

Quite effective
Definitely worth the $20. Tighter than H**l over the head, almost too tight. The slightest bit out of position and it feels like the ear is getting twisted off, dancing the line between uncomfortable and tolerable.I'm guessing the 'noise level' question is how much can be heard through them, judging by how loud I had to crank the TV to hear it clearly was 95 of 100 volume level; no doubt the 12 ga. will be just a poof to light pop.I'm getting back into some of my passions from earlier yrs. of my life, things that are good exercise and good stress relief, etc.; the shooting sports and hunting I grew up on. Cutting firewood, running chainsaws, tractors, other such equipment were all parts of growing up too for us - both of my brothers were hard-of-hearing before adulthood, not sure how I escaped the same level of damage. 25+ years on jobsites building houses, I'm right on the cusp of needing hearing aids now. It isn't difficult to envision what all of that activity would, would NOT, sound like have I had these growing up.I need to protect what hearing I have left at this point; earplugs have always affected my center of balance, making me dizzy-like, so I had to fake it with them while in the Army - artillery and rocket artillery are harsh on the ears. No doubt these are going to do the job very well. It would seem like there is some sort of adjustment for the tension of the head band, some capacity for such adjustments should be part of all these, if not then I think that would chip some off a star, if not an entire one. But such adjustment may influence how well these can work, who knows.I know they're going to be great to have when on the range killing targets, that's the point and purpose.

Great noise reduction.
I bought these for using out side for mowing, trimming, and chainsaw work. My first opportunity to use them came early this morning (1:00 AM) when the power went out and that tripped my security alarm. The alarm is very loud so I put on the ucho ear muffs and proceeded to the control panel to shut off the alarm. These ear muffs did an excellent job of silencing the noise. The ucho ear muffs look great, are comfortable, and appear to be well made.

good enough. not good for shooting ranges though
let me say this first, i searched through every non-electrical ear muffs on Amazon to find the best one with the least issues possible. This one seemed to be the best and the slimmestMy head size is normal i'd say: 8 inches n 1/8 (idk if that makes sense. but they fit my head amazingly, and expand even more if i needed it to. my head is shaved & if i wear a thick beanie, the ear muffs still perfectly hug my head & fit perfectly.Super comfortable, feels like a hug.but the plastic is very very cheap. do be careful with the headband. it can easily snap, i've had for more than a month and it's still in tact. i don't recommend this for shooting ranges, maybe just to study or calm yourself. it hurts after a few hours (don't know how many), so don't fall asleep with it like o did.It is adjustable, i know it doesn't look like it, but it actually is! I adjusted it to fit my head perfectly! It works the best it can, it works best reducing sound with your hair out of the way, just resting on your skin. It's not actually -34DB, but it's good enough for me ! if you wanna reduce more of the sound just wear ear plugs with it.!! If it's too tight for your head, put it over a box overnight so it can stretch out a bit to fit your head n.nbut idk if the headband will snap 😅another complaint/glasses: i'm kind of sad i won't be able to wear these with my glasses since they put too much pressure in the area where my glasses sit, other complaint/I agree with this person:"The only complaint that I really have is that the wire that connect the muffs to the headband are pretty weak. When you go to fold them up, the wire can bend if you’re not careful. Overall, they work well for what they’re made for"last thing: it can be annoying to push the ear muffs down, but i have a tip: use both hands at the same time ! n you'll figure it out

Good protection
These are nice and snug. Not heavy and serve the purpose, keeping noise down when doing yard work.
