Yes, this is the G2, for anyone unsure. You can tell by the little G2 under the HP symbol on the back (see image, taken just now), though it's not mentioned anywhere in the ad copy. I'm starting my math journey as an adult, so I wanted a calculator that will last from basic algebra to advanced physics, but also useful for personal needs, like finance calculations. This thing is great. Zippered soft case is a nice touch, but not mandatory to use. Screen looks nice. Just be warned, there are TWO manuals for this totalling something like 1200 pages. They're pretty similar - the 500-page one seems to be an older one and is not a searchable PDF, but it's a little friendlier on the eyes, like it used to be the printed manual. The newer one is a more modern PDF that's searchable and also has a clickable table of contents. Tons of video tutorials, etc. You'll never be lost with this thing with the amount of info available.

I don't doubt the calculator is awesome but I do wish it had come with an owner's manual like my old HP28S. There is an extensive manual available online as a PDF so I guess I have to get that. I do like being able to move between RPN, algebraic and text input methods. I may end up using the included spreadsheet app more than the graphing and other functions.

The hp Prime calculator came brand new in a brown hp box rather than retail packaging. The first thing I did was update it to the latest firmware using the hp Connect software and the included USB A-B cable. Note that the package did not include the cable used to transfer from one Prime to another. The calculator comes with an extensive help system. Each command and each key has its own help page. A good thing as the calculator comes with no manuals. The quick reference and main guide can be downloaded from hp. This is fine as I would rather not pay extra for paper manuals. I have used the calculator for several days and not had a crash. I guess I should search for known bugs and see if they are fixed in this 2023 firmware. The case is fine. It snugly holds the calculator in its slide on cover snugly.

This is my second machine. Unlike the first, which was DOA,, this one behaves brilliantly, as I would expect any HP device to do. Nice calculator!. More thoughtfully designed capabilities than I have seen on any other calc. Of course, like all HPs, this one performs exponential order of operations in the standard, expected, way. It also provides both algebraic and reverse Polish calculating modes. So far, this appears to be another HP gem.

Una estafa disfrazada de tecnología “premium”. Esta HP Prime funcionó bien exactamente el primer mes, y luego empezó con el error de “batería crítica” como si estuviera programada para dañarse apenas se acabara el plazo de devolución. Muy conveniente, ¿no? No prende si no es conectada, y al conectarse sale lo de batería crítica. Contacté soporte varias veces, y hicieron lo de mandarme con el vendedor, quien jamás respondió. Nadie se hizo cargo, además de intentar una devolución. Y para colmo, el envío de devolución es tan caro (de ser internacional) que básicamente te obligan a quedarte con el producto dañado. Un equipo caro, que falla solo, sin solución, y sin respaldo. No caigas en la misma trampa. No lo compres. Te vas a arrepentir como yo.

Seems to be working ...G2 model. updated to latest from hp - Moravia webside took awhile to find - since it's not clear where to get it...to install the "HP connectivity Kit", which installs the latest updates for you as an update. Might be a bit of learning curve too. But, graphics are really nice....I think there is 500-700 pages manual somewhere.

中国製の簡素な構成（USBケーブルのみ）ですが、G2バージョンであったので安心しました。 動きはサクサク、思ったより軽く、薄いので期待以上でした。内容はもちろんGood、HPですので。 付属のケースもしっかり機能してくれそうです。

O modelo da HP Prime é o G2, veio apenas um cabo USB, além do case.

O produto é original e de qualidade, mas não mandaram a fonte para carregar a bateria, somente o cabo usb, que por sinal é micro usb, o que é um pouco decepcionante por não ser usb do tipo C.
