Incomplete swing
You will need to arrange and get the ceiling fastner hook fixed first .Then when you attach the swing to the hook it will be way too high from the floor so you will have to either buy a spring or chain extra to make the swing functional.They do not give all the accessories that are needed with the swing.Its a total waste of money and time.
