MCHB048 New Universal Black Weighted Beanbag In Car GPS Dashboard Mount Holder SAT Nav Dash Mat for GPS Sat Nav TomTom Ipad Ipad Mini Mobile Device

Would not say as good as expected having had to secure the Tom Tom to the Beanbag with Velcro but once this was done it was adequate.

Sits on my dashboard a treat, it never moved once. I leave my tom tom on this mount when my route is complete, just push it down flat and place it under the front seat ready for the next trip.

I purchased this item more than a week ago and used it immediately. I used it for my TomTom Start 60. On the first day, I have found this item a little too small for my Sat Nav. Not only that, it has failed to hold the rubber plug of TomTom. After I had somewhat secured it, put it on the dashboard and started my car, I began driving on the road. While the item stayed on the dashboard, the Sat Nav fell off several times. I had to reach to hold it and put the Sat Nav back on the item again and again, nearly causing accident on the road in particular on a Motorway. I had to go to Halford to buy another one also made for "Universal" application. The design and size of the Weighted Bag from Halford is exactly the same as this item but the material and quality is much superior to the one purchased from this seller. In fact it costs less. The new item holds my TomTom securely the moment I put it on the Weighted Bag and it has never come off till today. I definitely asked for return and refund, but the seller insisted that I have not read the dimensions of MCHB048 carefully and therefore I should be responsible for the return postage less one pound. Surely I am a frustrated customer, hence my rating and comments here.

My TomTom does not adhere to the base of the beanbag. The solution offered by the seller was to use double sided sticky tape! Could not be bothered to return it but cannot recommend it for TomToms - it is supposed to be universal. Looking at the surface on the beanbag that the satnav device is supposed to adhere, I would think it unlikely that any satnav device would stick properly.

Ok, not quite what I expected,haven't put it to use yet

Bought this for my partner, to try and stop having to keep resticking the SatNav to the window, it works perfectly, very impressed.

Unfortunately this slips around on the dashboard.

Waste of my £12 as it did not at all work (sat nav did stick to the base).To be very honest I want my money back, how can people allowed to sell this kind of stuff on Amazon, is there not any quality control check?
