A great piece of equipment
As other reviewers have commented before me, this is a great piece of kit - sturdy and at 46cm x 25cm, large enough to cool a good sized batch of cookies, loaves, etc! It should last for years and another plus, you can throw it in the dishwasher! It's great when an item which arrives mail order, meets expectation. This cooling rack in my opinion, exceeded expectation!

A little smaller than we hoped so beware: not suitable for baking lots of small cakes, scones etc. But fine for a single large cake or flan. Good quality and value for money.

Handy bit of kit... from a retired chef
Great for guacamole or egg mayonnaise... Just push the avocado or hard boiled eggs through it into a bowl. Put on your halogen hob on number 1 to keep your coffee warm. Use to strain a pot, leaving all the big bits in the pot. Good for crispy bacon. Oh and also handy for cooling cakes 😋

Perfect
Great service of purpose. Using this rack to cool cake layers. Nor very easy to clean as it’s a good size, but I am really happy with it.

Longer than most
This rack is longer in length than most standard cooling racks and substantially sturdier. It easily takes the size and weight of three large loaves. You do need to have space to store it though. The mesh is relatively small so very supportive. It is easy to clean.

Does the job and is compact
Inexpensive because bought as 'add on' item for leaving loaves to cool fresh out of bread machine. Better than using the grilling rack as I had been doing and takes up less room on counter top. Pleased with purchase.

Griglia perfetta! È in acciaio e quindi resistente. Io la utilizzo per raffreddare il pane appena sfornato o i biscotti. Non è molto grande ma la cercavo così che occupasse poco spazio. La consiglio!

Es pequeña, pero muy cómoda, ahora la estoy usando para varias cosas; para las galletas y bizcochos es la más apropiada. Me gusta que los agujeros sean pequeños, sujeta mejor.
