Top notch customer service
Ordered the 12x8 pop up green house. Easy to set up with two people. Had a small problem with the cover contacted customer service and they responded immediately and fixed the problem.Only issue I have found is that I can’t get the windows with the Velcro to match up without gaps, so will probably need to tape the bottom of the windows to keep in the heat over the winter.

Fragile
Purchased in June and it’s now October. The plastic on top is falling apart and it has holes in it everywhere. Contacted the company by email and Ivy assisted me in sending out a new cover for free. Large size fits bench, table, chair, plants, and hot tub (used only a few times). Will have to find a cover that fits the top for shade and to protect the plastic from falling apart again.

disintegrates
I was awed by how easy this was to setup. Impressed by the size and height of the 'tent' (not really a greenhouse). My starter garden flourished. However,~ When the company learned that the strings that came with them AND the corners where you put the strings into to stake it down and ensure it doesn't blow over in high winds disintegrated, they sent me an entirely new greenhouse. I do recommend this greenhouse.

Ripped within 1 month BUT customer service is exceptional
I had high hopes for this greenhouse. It was great until I went out one day and saw that 1 corner was completely ripped open. We put ended up putting a brick there after the fact to try and keep animals out but the rip keeps continuing up the side of the greenhouse.I reached out to the company using their email, so I will update y’all when I get a response.UPDATE: customer service was awesome!! They had a new cover out to my house within 2 weeks!!

Very happy with it.
I got the 8 x 8. I'm super pleased. I tend to want to build everything from scratch. That was my plan until I found this. There is no way I could make something this good for this price. I especially appreciate the ability to alter the height. I put mine on the side of my covered deck and the lowest height enabled me to do that.I'm pretty sure I own the most expensive Meyer lemon in the northwest. 😁 I have one lemon I'm determined to bring to maturity. Side benefit is that I get to put other plant children in there.I'm a healthy 73 yo woman with smallish bones, 😀 and with the help of my feminine but strong 80 year old female friend, I was successful at putting it up. The top corner bars have to click in place. Neither of us seemed able to do so. Finally I wedged my shoulder under each top bar (one at a time) near the corner and applied upward pressure until they each snapped into their locked position. Then it was easy. This frame is the same as is used for their canvas tent canopy, so in summer I will get the replacement canopy and use this frame to enjoy having an outside sleeping room.I love sleeping outside in summer. So I'm a happy girl. Three windows, a screen door and a regular door. All windows and doors Velcro and zip. It's very dense vinyl. Also unlike other canopy set ups I've seen, it collapses quite small and I could carry it myself a short distance. And no assembly is required; as in no loose parts. It's a pop up tent basically. So I'm pleased. Would definitely recommend. Not being paid or rewarded. I paid cash and this is a real review.

If You Have The Room, Buy This
I bought this to replace a similar 6x8 greenhouse ... I needed more space. This is very easy to set up (takes 2 people). The interior is spacious. It can be set to one of two heights. Mine is on the lower setting and my 6'1" fits VERY comfortably inside ... plenty of headroom. The green exterior material is very sturdy. This greenhouse features one LARGE door at one end and two screened windows. I recommend purchasing weights to put on the legs bases as protection from wind.I have only 2 complains:1. The door stays that hold the rolled up door up are only a loop and a straight string. My former 6x8 had a loop and a bar (like a Navy coat) that was very easy to keep the door up.2. Because the interior is so large, the spars that hold the up the roof span a long distance. They do not appear capable of holding a lot of weight. I have some hanging plants but I would like to move more up to hangers. I will probably create a frame to do that.
