Works supremely well if you actually need it
A real life saver for me. Thank you for making this and for using real ingredients (which may be a low bar but many fail to rise above even that). This is a high quality product which has been of significant help in my case. Rarely has a bottle of anything had this kind of clear positive impact on my health and quality of life. The only downside to this is the unavoidable constipation caused by any amount of iron. Hopefully your motility can handle it better than mine. Either way though, the positive effects of this make it clearly worth it, in my case at least.

Works very well. With in a week I feel a difference. No constipation or nausea like regular on pills Itโs also not my first time purchasing and this prevented me from getting iron infusions. I recommend.

Good for low red blood cell production/contains Brassicaceaes
I had gastric bypass quite a few yrs ago and am having slightly low iron. I didnโt want to take ferritin iron and tried this supplement but cannot continue due to extreme stomach issues that I believe are related to the addition of raw broccoli in the ingredients. Something to be mindful of if Brassicaceaes are a problem for you.I would have continued them if that had not been included.

Great stuff
within 5 days i noticed a difference. i know longer woke up as tired a.s when i went to bed. And no side effects, just all good. ( I am 77 yrs old and dont feel as worn out and exhausted as I was. Great stuff I will continue to use.
