Too bulky and does not allow you to rest your head
Too bulky and does not allow you to rest your head as its shape is weird. May be i need to catch hold of a tailor to remove some filling and restitch to level its surface.

Poor description and instructions.
The description mentioned that the pillow comes in deflated mode. But it came in inflated mode.I wanted to courier the pillow to my sister who is studying abroad. . But due to the size now i cannot.Plus this vendor has rejected the return pick up.Horrible experience.I don't even want to give them 1 star. But the app is not accepting my feedback.
