I'm delighted with the JC Toys La Baby Doll! This soft-bodied baby doll is perfect for little ones aged 12 months and up. The 11-inch size is ideal for tiny hands to hold and cuddle. The doll's Caucasian features and endearing facial expression make it a lovely companion for children. The quality is excellent, and the price is reasonable. This little doll seems to be just the right size and is very durable. We have 'Hispanic' & 'Asian' the Hispanic doll is a little darker than the photo and the Asian a little less almost a funny color looking than the photo and both are way cuter than the photo shows. A lot of dolls are either slightly bigger, slightly smaller or made with soft arms and legs for infants. This is a very comfortable size for children 1-8 I would say. I also really appreciate that they're all cute which not all dolls are, have at least molded and painted on hair and not nasty fake hair and the bodies match the skin tone perfectly. Their eyes are pretty and they CAN be WASHED by hand or I hear people throw them in the machine too and have great success... I am known for machine washing just about any toy that the dishwasher or machine won't hurt so these little darlings needed to be ours. I put a lot of thought into trying to decide which dolls and I really didn't want to get blond haired blue eyed Caucasian dolls, we don't need bins of dolls and my kids all love them but I do want them to appreciate each doll and love each doll like I did my own... I always remember thinking believe it or not that I had less dolls and that those dolls weren't all exactly the same blond haired blue eyed fat babies that filled the stores, I had neither of those features and I always thought a doll more like myself and my friends and babies we knew would be nice so that's what I'm going for here though we do have a few like that it's a very nice mix of dolls that display a lovely variety of characteristics and the kids love them all. I've only bought a few dolls online and I have discovered this brand appears to be high quality and a low price. You can really play with these and their little clothing isn't as high quality like some other reviewers have said. They feel like polyester kids long johns but not scratchy yet. The little hats have elastic sewn in the back so that they stay on very well and the details in the dolls are nice. I will recommend these dolls to anyone that asks.

We bought this for our two-year-old granddaughter to play with at our house and both she and the 10-month-old love this baby. It's just the right size for them, as opposed to others we've bought that were a little too big to hold for long or actually had to be dragged! :( It's very soft and we think the face is cuter than others we've had. The hat doesn't stay on (fair warning) but we knew that from experience when we ordered it. She's cute without her hat anyway. :) P.S. Surprisingly our seven-year-old picks the baby up when the little girls aren't looking!

Beautiful little doll for a one year old. This doll is adorable, but even with knowing it was 11 inches, I imagined it a little bigger. It is a tiny little thing.

She's very adorable. She sports a white and floral onesie with a matching hat to go along with it. Her pacifer is magnetic, and does not go in her mouth fully. She has dark, painted hair similar to how a baby's hair looks like. She comes with an adorable, small pink blanket with a white ribbon tied to it, in which seems secure. She comes with a pacifier that is attached to her onesie. Underneath her onesie she is a soft body doll. What I like most about this doll are her monolids, she looks quite obviously east asian, which is good if you're looking for an opportunity to add diversity with your dolls. She's small, but not very small. Overall, I'd recommend getting it.

I bought this for my 16 month old daughter for Christmas as a first doll. It is small and perfect for her little hands. "Colors and expressions vary" refers to the outfits and the expression on the doll. My daughter's has the outfit pictured, but a different face. It has a soft, non-anatomically correct body with 1/4 of the arms and legs being vinyl. The hair is molded and tinted a bit darker than the body.Pros:*small enough for a toddler*durable*the vinyl 1/4 arms and legs, along with the head are attached to the soft body in a very durable way (appears to be stitched)*No smell*Gorgeous detail-the detail in this doll is unlike anything I have seen in the store. It is more like the collector dolls that my grandmother had. Ex, glistening pink lips, glass looking eyes, little fat roll on the back of the neck, fingernail details, palm/sole details*My daughter can't get the clothes off yet. This is a plus because at this age she just wants to strip her babies naked. An older child would have no trouble dressing and undressing this doll.Cons (none of which would have kept me from buying)* It isn't 11 inches. From the heel to the top of the head it is only 10 inches.*You can't pick the face-not a deal breaker for me, but if you bought two you might want different faces?*The Hispanic doll is much darker than it appears on my computer screen. At first I thought I was sent the incorrect race. But, Hispanic people come in all shades so it is ok. I wanted a doll to match my daughter but she is much lighter.*The soft body of the doll is a bizarre shade.*The clothes are cheap in quality, especially since the doll is of such good quality. I got rid of the hat because my daughter is too young to put it back on.For her birthday I am going to buy the 20 inch doll in Asian instead of the CPK I was planning to buy!

This little doll is so sweet. She arrived in a nice sturdy box, perfect for gifting. Her pacifier is attached so it won’t get lost. The outfit is well made. She has lightly painted hair. A very nice little doll for the price.

The box is very well made and high quality. It has a handle and it can be used as a small carrying box for the set. the doll is cute and cuddly. The bunny is ok. In general, it is a great option as a gift.

Not the best quality but good enough for the price. My son loves playing with it.
