tiffany lamp shows softening between stained glass pieces, Can I repair w/this?

Make sure the bulbs you are using in your lamp aren’t really hot. Heat makes the glass loosen up and it will keep happening if you use a high watt bulb

I found the product to be very solid and not smooth as I expected. Is this supposed to be more like a putty and not cement?

Supposed to be cement. Mine was drying painfully slow.

Has been sitting for a couple of years. Is very dense. How can I soften to workable consistency?

At the glass shop I work at we thin it with turpentine a few drops to soften it up or keep adding until it creamy. Hope this helps
