Uncomfortable
Had to return item. We were able to feel the metal frame when using it. Very uncomfortable.

Remote stop working.
I purchased this Skuehod lifter for my 101 year old mom. It was working fine until a week ago. The remote stopped working and my mom can no longer go up and down, which helps her from day to day. I would love a replacement remote, waiting for a response. My rating is a five before the remote stopped working. I need your contact information.

Scoots me to the end of bed
I got this to help me sit up because post-polio was making it hard to get out of bed. First, I noticed my feet were coming off the end of the bed each time I woke up. It is a very very quiet machine, and I wanted to keep it. So I bought a pink silicon shower pad that does not slip. I also bought the big foam topper that one man on here recommended to put on top. That helped some, but then the silicon meant I couldn't move my feet well that were almost at the end of the mattress.. The control remote is really good. I am 5-7 and weigh 150. But finally I realized it was too complicated to even get the covers and all ready for bed. I am a senior. If sitting up is major, some helpers might think this is worth it. Last night I slept on my bed with my regular huge wedge pillow, and it was better sleep than with this item. I'll save it for the possibility it might keep me out of a nursing home sometime.

Can’t say enough good things
This is the best thing we’ve purchased for my 91 year old mother. No more stuffing 8 pillows behind her. Easy to operate. Up and down buttons. Slowly raises and slowly lowers. But not too slow. Quiet motor. Sturdy but not too heavy. It is a little hard. I put the bed alarm, a twin pillow topper, then pee pad. Nothing to puffy then too high and she gets her knee caught as she’s getting on the bed. I use fitted sheet clips to clip the pees pads down so they hold all layers down. They don’t bunch up. Can keep her at an angle to keep her breathing clear.

Looks like can’t use after installation because bed not long enough.
See title. Feet would hang over end of bed if item properly installed on queen size bed.
