I've had this watch for under three months. At random intervals the watch will start vibrating and then will factory reset. It started out doing it only once a week or so, now does this multiple times a day. All fitness progress is lost as are the settings. Latest firmware update failed to fix the problem. Overall was pleased with the product, seemed like a good solid affordable fitness watch with GPS. Turns out, it's not. Definitely will not recommend. There's also no way to contact support for any kind of resolution. 👎👎 🤢
