Beautiful watch. One of the best homage watches Rotary make.

This is a lovely looking watch, which at the low price I paid really is excellent value. The case and bracelet are made out of solid stainless steel with solid end links. The clasp is pressed metal, but is one of the better pressed metal clasps I have had and comes with three micro adjust holes to get a good fit. The case is all polished which is a bit of a shame as it makes the watch head feel slightly cheap and glitzy but the bracelet is an oyster style with polished centre links and brushed links at the side. So it isn’t total shiny shiny!The dimensions on some sites is misleading. The case is 39mm but the bezel overhangs the case making the diameter 40mm. The bezel insert is listed as aluminium but if it is, it has some kind or plastic or gloss resin coating. This gives it a slight dome but I worry this will scratch over time.The watch has a stated 100m water resistance but be mindful that it is just a push pull crown so will be susceptible to knocks if used with swimming and snorkelling.The crystal has a lovely high dome but as it is mineral crystal is at risk of scratches.The other think to know is the lume is dreadful. So bad in fact that it is essentially useless for seeing the watch in the dark. Even when charged with a uv light it fades in a minute or so.I would suggest that if you like the look of the design and buying well below rrp then you are not going to be disappointed by the quality for the price, just go in with your eyes open to the fact that it doesn’t come with all the bells and whistles. Also there is a “les originales “ version which if close in price might be worth a look at as that has a sapphire crystal.

The watch looks great and it is quartz so you don't expect it to last forever but i had this watch for about 2 months and it stopped. Emailed the seller and all i got was that it was out of its 30 day returns policy and here is the address to post it to for the warranty at my own cost. They said that it may have been in the warehouse for years !!!!!!Not very good customer service in my opinion and whatever happened to stock rotation ?

Black bezel is a deep polished black, and tonally different to the dial which is matt faded charcoal.Watch is light and so is the bracelet.International lifetime guarantee only valid if you have the watch professionally serviced every three years, and pay for the service
