Honestly pretty neat to have on your desk. Saves me some time if I just want like a quick drink if I can't go rush downstairs or a quick morning drink when I wake up. Works as expected so far, just hook it up to water jug and you are good to go. Doesn't spit all over or anything and works. Just push the button and see the water go. I can't say anything about the battery life yet but so far i've used it a few days and it's been working.

I used this almost every day and it was great while it worked.After 2 months, it doesn't turn on or dispense water even while being plugged in.I tried to contact Amazon to return/replace item but they won't accept returns even on defective items after a certain number of days.

We bought this for my mother in law, a nice elderly lady. It's very easy for her to use it.The only thing is to make sure the tubing doesn't bend. She thought the dispenser stopped working but it was only the bent tubing.

I ordered this after seeing a popular trend, and it has made my goal to stay more hydrated much easier to achieve! Overall, I have been using this for a few weeks now and it has helped me a lot with staying hydrated. In a really busy world it’s easy to forget to drink water. I dislike carrying large clunky bottles around all day, and most of the time I am just studying or doing some office work at home. This little desk sized dispenser is perfect, I have it hooked up to a one gallon bottle (it can fit any size one gallon is just easy for me to use). I make it my daily goal to finish all of the water in the bottle by the end of the day. The only thing I wish was that the motor was a bit more quiet, and the stream of water to be a bit slower as to not sound like a bathroom, but overtime I have adapted to it. Overall really recommend!!

It is lightweight and feels kind of cheap. But you'll be very surprised at how useful it is. And it works very well

I got this for my husband's birthday because he drinks SO much water!! He is obsessed!We have been buying expensive water filters. We just made the switch to 5 gallons from the store, and now we keep a jug upstairs in his office with one of these dispensers. It's super convenient and we love it. For a pint glass you can wither use the 3rd light setting or click twice on the 2nd light setting. By clicking twice for the 2nd light, it will fill up almost to the top. The 3rd light will leave about an inch to the top of the glass.
