Always solid dry shampoo. I've tried so many over the years, but this one works great. It keeps my hair from looking too dull or light, it also covers up roots really well. However, it will leave brown stuff on your pillow after a while, but it washes out no problem.

I love this colored dry shampoo. It helps keep my hair fresh between washes, while not leaving that yucky white cast over my dark hair. The scent is mild but pleasant.

Works great, only downfall is that it leaves a film of brown residue on your bathroom floor, counters and turns your fingers brown if you rub your head.

Perfect for brunettes/ dark hair. The original batiste leaves a white cast on dark hair but this one does not. With that being said, it has a tint of color to it so if you get it on your hands or scratch your scalp/ touch your roots throughout the day you can expect to have some brown tint on your fingers. Not a big deal, just common sense! Fragrance is similar to other batiste dry shampoos. Absorbs oil and leaves roots matte.

Time and time again I try other dry shampoos and I always come back to this brand. I have tried all the high end dry shampoos (Oribe, Amika, Drybar, Ouai, etc.) and no matter the price point nothing beats this stuff. It smells good, but not overpowering. I love that this is specifically formulated for dark hair/dark roots because there is none of that powder white residue that other dry shampoos leave behind. Hands down the best dry shampoo.

Great for styling and giving volume OR for taking the greasiness/shine out of your hair if you haven’t washed for a day or two. If you have dark hair you still have to really work it in for it to be completely unnoticeable but definitely leaves way less of a color difference than the white kind!

Saves me having to wash my hair (relatively fine, mostly straight texture) when just the roots are a little greasy. If you miss your roots and hit your ear/ forehead/ neck, there is some color to the spray so you can see it but it's not crazy dark and wipes off easily.
