Tasty but need a lot of prep
These are really good noodles and don't fall apart like a lot of rice noodles tend to. But they do need a fair bit of prep before you can use them. My method is - Soak noodles in hot water from the kettle for about 4 hours and just keep draining and topping up the hot water regularly. When the water is cool enough you'll need to start pulling the noodles apart as they stick together easily and then continue to soak them. Personal preference here but the noodles are really wide so when they are soft enough to handle I cut each noodle lengthways with a pair of scissors to make them easier to eat. Fiddly but worth it! Drain them off when they are soft enough and then you can use them in broths or stir frys, if I'm not using them straight away I'll mix them with a bit of sesame oil to stop them from sticking together. These are really tasty and a good texture, I would def purchase again as a gluten free option.

No Where Near as Good as the Sungiven Ones
These sweet potato noodles didn't go soft when soaked for ages & when cooked were very chewy & seemed to have a weird aftertaste. I usually use the Sungiven nests which are so much better- I will stick with them in future, very disappointing.

Great for Autoimmune Protocol diets
Due to an Autoimmune condition I can't do gluten, any grains (including rice) or potatoes so these sweet potato noodles are a godsend! I also found them delicious and I really enjoyed the consistency. They have to be cooked spot on (like most noodles) and work well in soups. These will become a regular purchase for me. (sweet potatoes are not the same type of vegetable normal potatoes despite the name).

Great idea in theory
Sadly, these didn't work out for me. There are no cooking instructions on the packet so it's a toss up as to when they're done. I boiled them and then tossed in a stir fry and it was like chewing plastic. I'd rather eat McDonald's. I'll try again and again until the packet is finished but doubt I'll buy again, sadly

Very chewy,unappetizing
Son on grain free diet, so sweet potato noodles seemed like a nice change, but even when cooked they were really chewy, and looked really plasticky,

Met expectations
So happy with the texture as it was exactly what I was craving. It takes a couple of attempts to gauge how long to cook it for. The texture is chewy similar to that of shrimp and very filling. each strand of noodle is folded in half and I find that 6 strands are enough to fill me up. Will be buying again!

Not for me
They were so thick and kind of felt like I was eating chewing gum. I probably did something wrong when I cooked them but they’re still not something I would want to buy again
