What a great discovery! This stuff is awesome! DO ONLY ONE HAND AT a TIME! DO NOT PUT THIS UNDER YOUR LED LIGHT! Read your directions! 1. Put your base coat on. Use LED 2. Put this product on (the tape) DONT USE LED LIGHT! 3. AIR DRY till the tape is dry 4. PAINT YOUR NAILS ON THE ONE HAND. 5. Use the tweezers that are included to pull off the tape! 6. PUT YOUR ONE HAND IN THE LED DRIER. 7. Put another coat of nail polish on. You probably will not need to put a fresh coat of the tape on. The second coat of polish is much easier to apply. But if you do, then repeat above steps. I hope this helps. NEVER PUT YOUR HAND IN THE LED DRIER/LIGHT WITH THE NAIL TAPE ON AS IT WILL BE EXTREMELY HARD TO REMOVE!

Horrible ruins my manicure.
I thought this would keep the nail polish a little neater for me, as my hands sometimes have tremors. I opened the white bottle some of it was dried around the top of the bottle. I applied liquid latex and hsd my husband peal it off with tweezers after I finished painting without curing per directions. Well it ruined my manicure because while pealing off it touched my wet nails. It was a waste of time and money
