Mistake in order.
My mistake in ordering. It would not fit my ZOOMER.

It charges the battery
It's a battery charger for an electric wheelchair. It has a light that's green when charged and red when charging. No switches or adjustments. It's idiot proof and behaves as advertised. Would buy again.

Good replacement charger.
Wiring on the lead from charger was of a lesser gage than I expected but at only two amp trickle charge there was no apparent heating of the wire.
