Way better value than a Thermorest!!
Firstly it does take a bit of leg work to get it fully inflated but that's far easier than trying to blow it up manually with your breath!I bought it for use later in the year for sunbathing when I will be staying in a house in Thailand that's a fair walk up/down a hill to the beach! I'll park it on a concrete patio and use it as a sun-bed with a towel thrown over it.If it survives that then I'll also use it when wild camping to finish the few Munros I have left to do here in Scotland as it is far more comfy than my Thermorest and a thrid of the price.Time will tell on it's longevity but for the money I think it's a bargin.Love the inbuilt footpump too!

Easy to use
My daughter used this for camping and she said it was easy to inflate and deflate.

Why didn't I buy this before? Excellent!
I used those common navy-blue air mattresses for many years in my camping trips and other situations. They were always good, but they are heavy and difficult to fold back in a small size. So, because I am planning a trip that I need to reduce weight and size, I decided to purchase this type of foot-pump, light-weight mat. As soon it arrived, I wanted to try the foot pump, that took me 3 minutes to fill it up. At first I was doing it wrong, until I got it right and it began inflating. So, in case of not having a hand pump or electric, it is very useful to have a foot pump. It is very comfortable and it has a pillow-like thick enough. I have an inflatable pillow anyway.I wish I had bought this years ago... It is much easier to fold back and fit back in its bag.

This is NOT self-inflating!
This is an airbed with a sponge bit which you pump (step on/push) to inflate it. This is NOT a foam-filled, self-inflating mat like a Thermarest mat. The product title should not have 'self-inflating' in it - this is deceptive and false. It does not inflate itself, a person will have to use the sponge pump.Fine for indoors and in warm weather, but it has no thermal insulation. The material is slightly textured plastic. No soft feel. It supports the body evenly - even when you sit up - and is suitable for a 70kg front sleeper.

its an air bed
took longer than the advertised time to inflate and could have been a little wider. I plan to use it at the weekend so cannot comment on comfort.

Easy to inflate and comfortable
Used it for camping for 1 week, very comfy and easy to inflate. I noticed however it deflates a bit after one night. made sure all flaps are sealed and gave it 2 night to adjust ( stretch) but still had to give it a pump or 2 every night before use to firm it up, but that was not a problem at all. It’s compact and lightweight, and much better in comparison to a self inflating mattress that I used in the past because it holds the air much better plus it’s think enough to hold you above ground.

Best Camping Mat I've ever owned
I used a pump to blow it up, but it's nice to know there's also the option of the built-in pump. I remembered to not blow it up completely, which it seems some people don't understand, hence the "it was too hard" comments here and there. Was perfect for a 2 day camping trip, never needed a top up and I honestly was as comfy as if I had been in my bed at home. I did have a camping bed under it though, which helped a lot. I'm pretty sure this would have been fine on its own though.
