My granddaughter loves her giraffe shower .The only problem we had was taking the back off to put the batteries in it.The screws were far too tight.

Lovely product when it arrived but after 3 uses the brown casing on the neck cracked and broke open which is so disappointingHave messaged the seller but have not had a reply in 2 weeks either

Lovely item for the bath, my little one loved it. But it only lasted a couple of months. I changed the batteries so I know it wasn't those. Shame for the price I expected it to last longer than 3 months. When I contacted the seller they sent a brand new one and it arrived very quickly. Very good customer service. Thank you 😊

it doesn't work anymore, batteries are all fine just no water come out

3rd: Second toy arrived out from the company, set it up and there was only a dribble coming out from the hose. Bought new powerful batteries and still nothing but a dribble. Messaged the company and no reply, again very dissappointed, its now cost me money! Wouldnt recommend. 2nd: ** Company have contacted me to apologise and have said they are going to reissue me a replacement. Very good customer service to be fair. Hopefully this one works as my son loved it**1st: Really disappointed with this item, it just stopped working after a few uses and it wasn't cheap for a bathroom toy. I changed the batteries and cleaned the filter and still nothing. Wouldn't recommend for the money.

This was brought as a gift for my sisters baby but when we first set it up we came the realise that one of the suction cups wouldn’t stick to the bath no matter what we tried we made it work as the other one was strong enough but cut to a week later it had stopped working completely when my sister checked the back it has started to rust where the screws were even though it wasn’t kept in the water ever , good idea wish it worked but overall it was a absolute waste of money very disappointed
