Best value mattress for the price.
Not sure what I was expecting for the price but I needed 2 mattresses for my 10 & 13 yrs old sons. Directly put on the box spring they said they felt firm but comfy. So they tried it on top of their other mattress and said it felt like floating on a cloud. I even laid down on it and it felt pretty damn comfy considering my bed is memory foam. Conclusion...I purchase on sale at amazon for $54 each. The beds arrived in 2 days with prime shipping. If you want a firm mattress place directly on a boxspring. If you want it softer put it on another mattress even if that mattress isn't what it used to be it'll make a difference. Or purchase an inexpensive memory foam topper if placing on your other mattress isn't an option. The cost will still be well below other mattresses for a comfy nights sleep. Since many adults seemed to enjoy it less in other reviews and seemed to think it was better for kids...let me just say my kids aren't little petite things. At 100lbs and 145lbs they still thought the bed offered plenty of support and slept like babies. I won't compare to a $1,000 mattress but overall these are worth every penny and the boys love them! These are also one sided mattresses so flipping them isn't an option. I'll update if the lifespan is short or something arises that changes my overall opinion but right now I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this item again!

My brain says One star but my body says Five stars
I thought for sure I would be buying a one star review after opening this product and testing it. The mattress was so.... not dense? I literally could step through it and I'm 110lbs. I bought this bed for my 10 month old daughter and it is actually serving it's purpose quite nicely. The mattress is low enough to the floor so she can crawl off it herself, we had been cosleeping and my bed was much too high it was giving me a heart attack. So she sleeps on this mattress on the floor next to the wall and my bed. Nice and safe! She's sleeping great on the mattress too. I found it uncomfortable at first but my body does not ache at all if I have to sleep on it with her for an extended amount of time. My mind THINKS it is uncomfortable but I don't think it really is. It feels flimsy, but it's working for us. I don't have a truck and this was delivered to my door in a box, in 2 days from across the country. I think I got a good deal all and all. Baby is safe, Mama is happy. The end!

For the price, these are great.
We purchased two of these for our 7 and 10 year olds who have twin sized platform beds. I wanted something that wasn't too expensive but I also wanted to get them something that had less chemicals in it. I liked that this is VOC free. Although, it could be free of more chemicals (which, would be amazing!! and I'd buy it if the prices were comparable or slightly higher).First of all, they came in a small, but pretty heavy box, rolled up and vacuumed packed. The hardest part about "assembly" is tearing through the plastic they come wrapped in (double wrapped). Which is a very nice protector. There was no damage to either top side or the sides of the mattresses. However, on the back side, there was a small tear in one. It looks like it was a pressure point where it rubbed up against a spring inside of the box and eventually wore through the thin material. There was no smell at all when we tore through the plastic. Once we put them on our kids' beds, they felt great. We let the mattresses sit in our garage a few days to "air out" - because I'm a paranoid mom and even though I know a day or two will not release all of the gasses these things put off, I figured it'd be better than nothing. My husband and I both laid on them and couldn't feel the bottom on any of our pressure points. So they'll work great for our little kids and will last us years. They'd be great for teenagers, too. For adults, I'd say that they'd make a great temporary solution - such as guest beds, or temporary situations. I wouldn't invest in one and expect it to last for years for an adult. My only complaint is that the the springs are very "springy" and it does make it seem lower quality. I also do not like the material that it's padded with on top. It's slick and it causes the sheets to come off very easy despite them fitting correctly - I solved the problem by buying a mattress protector that is quilted cotton.Overall great quality for the price we paid. They'll last our kids a few years and I didn't break the bank while cutting out 1 more chemical in our home. Worth the price and I'm glad I went with these over the cheap ones we saw at the large store that starts with a W that are the exact same price!

Bad Quality
The mattress is too bouncy. Also the springs are out of place. I bought it last year because I needed something fast and cheap. I thought I made a good deal, but it turns out that it was the worst decision ever. It says that there is one year warranty but that is a lie because I could not find any information to contact the manufacturer. I slept on it for 2 months, and there is a dent in the middle of the mattress. I could feel the springs are out of place. The only time I am on the bed is when I come home at night and go to bed. Also i weigh only 110lbs, which is ridiculous for the spring to be out of place so quickly. I will never buy this again, and I will not recommend it to anyone because if you are looking for a cheap and good mattress, you can go to other mattress stores where they always have huge discount. One of my housemates bought this bed with padding and it was only for $130. The quality was great and the price was reasonable.

Good for child's bed or bunk beds
Works well for its purpose, we use it on the top bunk of a bunk bed in our kids room. I did notice that you can feel the springs when you lay down on it, so we had to add a foam topper and mattress pad. But our little ones don't weigh very much at this point and they have said it is cozy and comfy. I think for an average sized adult it would not be very comfortable though. Overall it is a decent mattress for the low price.
