PURPLE LEAF 9 Pieces Dining Set

Extremely fast shipping, the product looks extremely nice, very easy assembly, I was able to do myself in about 45 minutes. Customer service is on another level, had two minor cosmetic issues with the chairs, reached out to customer service and they got back to me in like 15 minutes to help resolve issue. 10/10 all around!

We bought this table it was easy to assemble but the actual table looked very cheap and came damaged. They offered to give us a discount we choose to return it. Chairs were adorable and high quality.

The table and chairs are beautiful and great quality. They were super easy to put together as well!

I love the look of the table and chairs.2 issues. First was the delay in delivery of the table. Chairs arrived quickly. Easy to assemble. The table was "stuck" in another state. Customer Service finally just sent another table. It was easy to assemble but top of table arrived damaged. Several deep scratches. I contacted customer service I am awaiting a response to see of it can be repaired. I think damage may have been caused by the packaging material. When I went to recycle the box there were several small wooden pieces with a metal plate nailed to them. I believe they are meant to maintain the shape of the top/bottom of box but a few were broken and may have moved during delivery causing the scratches. This has me concerned about potentially not being able to handle wear and tear through the years.UPDATE - Customer Service provided an agreeable resolution to the issues with the scratches. unpleasant. CUSTOMER SERVICE is easy to reach.Overall satisfied.I would recommended ordering the 11 piece if you are considering the 9 piece.The table is same size. So the leg gets in the way when sitting. If you keep the 9 piece the chair sticks out and looks aesthicly unpleasing.

The media could not be loaded. Poor quality & its not a cheap furniture!

We’ve had this set for 7 months and love it. Aesthetically I’m very happy about it. One of the legs of a chair broke and Purple Leaf sent us a new one. They took care of everything and were quick to replace the chair. They followed up via emails that were written by actual humans that I was able to reply to. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love our 11 pc. set. This company has excellent customer service and very professional. Our table arrived with a crack - (Everything else was in perfect condition) I sent pictures and they kept me up to date until the new table arrived. I am very pleased with our purchase and will 100% order from them again!Easy assembly and overall good quality. We have had the table full with 10 guests and everyone was very comfortable.
