Q: Can this be adapted to an existing water source via an upright PVC pipe?

Not sure what the question means but the unit has a male hose nozzle for hose attachment.

Q: How do I contact the seller? I just received this and generally like it but the hose connector leaks a lot.

Not sure how to contact them as I threw the printed material that came with it. Mine did leak initially so I had to add more sealing tape.

Same problem! Just tried to set mine up on July 31,2022! When I turn the hose on it shoots from the blue piece!
