There is nothing wring with the brush heads themselves. However they are supposed to work hand-in-hand with the Sonicare range of toothbrushes capable of syncing. In practice my toothbrush does indeed sync with the head: a cleaning head triggers the relevant 'programme' in the handle, gum care head likewise.But the app that monitors usage and brush head has never, ever, worked as it should. Typically failing to sync. The latest update (10.11.0) currently tells me that I last sync successfully 11 days ago, despite claiming to have sync at the end of each session.Does this matter? No, not really, because the toothbrush and head work well.But then again you are paying over twice as much for a feature that doesn't actually work. So you are probably better off with the many third party brush heads that are considerably cheaper and work just as well.

Da 6 mesi sono passato a Sonicare da Oral-B e non tornerei mai indietro! Ho provato diverse testine e fra tutte queste Premium Gum Care sono quelle che secondo la mia esperienza puliscono meglio i denti.Sono rigide al punto giusto, abbastanza da pulire efficacemente l'apparecchio odontoiatrico fisso in ogni minimo angolo e sfaccettatura, ma non eccessivamente dure per non infiammare le gengive.Rispetto alle testine classiche, queste sono Smart e si accoppiano con i nuovi spazzolini compatibili con App, in modo da indicarci sia tramite smartphone che spazzolino stesso (io ho un Expert Clean https://amzn.to/3jm5V2A ) la vita residua della testina. Così si cambia quando non è più efficace e si mantiene una igiene orale al top! Come vedete dal confronto con la mia vecchia Gum Care G3 Premium, che ho cambiato quando suggerito, la forma, struttura e densità delle setole è differente rispetto alla nuova, che si sente proprio che è più performante!La testina ha circa 180 utilizzi da 2 minuti cadauno, dunque dura un mese con 3 lavaggi al giorno.Nel complesso il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono, considerando che le setole sono una spanna sopra alle testine compatibili di seconde marche e che nella confezione sono incluse 2 testine ciascuna con il suo copri-testina in plastica.Se utilizzassero più plastica riciclata, riciclabile o materiali più eco-friendly sarebbe ancora meglio! Philips: è un suggerimento per il futuro (sarebbe meglio anche a breve termine!)Ad Aprile 2021 ho pagato la confezione da 2 testine 19.99€ ( https://amzn.to/2U9bpn3 ) e ritengo che sia un prezzo onesto sul mercato vista la qualità del prodotto.
