I love these needles. They are so comfortable and pretty. I love that they are transparent. I find that using fun and different needles give me new joy to knit. They are not the most suitable to use with very hairy yarns but I use them anyway because as I said they are fun to look at. But they are comfortable to use with regular wool yarns.Smaller needles turn on their metal connection for example if you try to fix your cable to the tip you have to hold the needle from the metal base. Other than that it does not interfere with the knitting.

I never realised you could knit flat stuff on a circular needle until I read about these on a blog so I thought I'd give them a try . People spoke very highly about Knitpro . While I was waiting for them to arrive I started on a cheap bamboo set . They were ok except for one pair which needed sanding as the yarn kept catching . Then I found a metal one which had belonged to my mother . The wire was long and kept getting in the way . It wouldn't uncurl . When the Trendz arrived I couldn't screw one of the ends of the orange cable in . I tried different needle sizes with the same result. I'm currently using Dk acrylic which squeaked on these needles . I didn't think anything of this at first but I decided to try the Knitpro Nova metal ones and oh my what a difference . So smooth and no squeaks . I can knit faster but in this set also one or 2 of the screw ends wouldn't go in easily . To sum up , I loved the colour on the Trendz . The metal ones don't have the size printed on the needles . I'm going with the metal ones . The Trendz will be winging their way back to Amazon tomorrow .

I’m relatively new to knitting in the round, so I was looking for a range of sizes to start off. This multi pack of 3 knitting needles and cords was just the job. They are easy to use and IMO good value. The delivery was super quick. I would recommend this product.

I love these. I did buy some bamboo fixed circular knitting needles a few years ago and they just came apart after using for 5 minutes, but these are fantastic, couldn't ask for better. I have been using these for about a year now and on many knitting projects and I can honestly say I have had no problems with them. I also prefer that they are interchangeable so I can change the length if needs be. Great product.

Beautiful to look at but after using the 4mm needles the plastic and metal pieces disconnected. When using the 4.5mm needles the needle broke in to pieces.

Although the needles are nice to use and I have not have some of the problems reported by others, there appears to be a problem with the smaller sizes. Twice now the 4 mm has snapped where the metal pin is inserted into the acrylic part of the needle. I would not say I am a heavy handed knitter and this would be the first experience of a needle breaking in 60 years of knitting. I contacted Knitpro who said they send out free needles to suppliers for replacement, other than that they were unhelpful , so they are clearly aware of the problem.

I do enjoy knitting with these needles, mostly I use 12mm ones, they could be sightly longer. Got 3 sizes of needles 9mm, 10mm and 12mm, set of calbles 60 cm, 80 cm, 100cm with connectors , tips and a pouch. Now I jus buy interchangable needle tips if needed different size.I suffer from joint pain in wrists and some fingers, but it doesn't so tired as knit slides smooth on the needles. All in all I'm happy with my purchase.
