One pack works, other doesn't.
I'm trying to charge both packs and the black one wasn't charging. I just received it today, package was fine and it was cushion inside, so mishandling wasn't a thing. Wondering how I can exchange only one. Yes my kiddo is into stickers, she was pretty fast at adding them to it.

Do not work AT ALL!
They don’t even work AT ALL (even fully charged) and are supposed to be great! Too much hassle to send them back. Waste of money.
