Normally, I am not one to submit a product review. For this item, I feel I must. I lost a lot of my hair due to BC endocrine therapy. That made me very distressed. I searched online for solutions. These hair vitamins kept coming up and they had many very positive reviews. In my desperation, I thought I’d give them a try. I am so glad I did. I began taking them on June 1 and by September my hair had filled back in. Now in November, my hair is as healthy and as thick as it was pre BC endocrine therapy. An added bonus is my nails are growing like crazy and they are very sturdy and healthy. My facial skin has a healthy sheen to it too and I wear no make up. Please beleive the positive reviews these vitamins really work!

This product is good for hair and nails. They sent a huge bottle that will last for a long time.

Has really helped my weak nails (I was a nail-biter and picker)...but not seeing any different with my hair. Perhaps my nails need it all, idk

This is a BIG bottle but I knew that but the price was right so I bought this size. It seems to work for me and the biotin isn't too high. Country Life products are a good quality.

This product has everything we need as a vitamin supplement . I just wish price is more accesible or they provide coupons. But as a product, I think it is the best

After taking the non-expired supplement, I observed black particles of unidentified origin within the capsules. This discovery has raised concerns regarding the safety of consumption. I am seeking clarification regarding the source of these particles before deciding to take further action.
