Great for sports/camp gear
We have loved using this product at sports tournaments to carry all kinds of gear. It is usually filled over the brim with chairs, backpacks, clothes, etc. The cart remains stable and rolls nicely over all terrain I have encountered. My only slight regret is that most of the camp chairs I try to fit in it are taller than the cart is long, so they have to rest at an angle. However, a longer cart would take up additional space in the vehicle when stored. This cart folds up easily and perfectly, and is impressively compact.

Very happy with this cart
This is a great cart! I bought it because I needed something heavy duty to haul around musical gear for my band's shows. This thing handles it like a champ! Some of my stuff is pretty heavy, but that's no problem for this sturdy cart. I also like the wide and beefy wheels. It doesn't have to be on the sidewalk all the time. When I read reviews for other carts, they sometimes said that the handle extension would slip. The extension on this cart clips into place, so that's not a problem. I'd also read that some carts can't be folded compactly enough to fit into their storage bags. This cart has a velcro strap that allows you to really compress the cart so that it easily fits into its storage bag. If I had to complain, I'd say that the velcro strap could be a bit longer. It's just barely long enough. It's also a little tricky to line up the wheels correctly for folding, but no big deal once you know what to do. Generally, it's a great cart!

Finally found great cart!
What a great cart. Very easy to use and retract and put cover back on. Can't wait to try it out on the beach. Only negative but not too bad is that it's heavier than expected but seems to have good quality. Just tested on soft sand. Was a bit hard to pull and hard to keep straight but still love this cart.

Works well, but drives like a tank.
I shoot cosplay conventions, and most of the time I run around the convention center like a crazy chicken. I bought this to haul all my gear around instead of carrying it on my back or dragging my rolling suitcase bag around.Pros:It's big. Spacious. And can hold a lot of weight. I easily put my rolling suitcase style bag and my backpack into this, along with my AEOS light and stand and had room to spare. It's sturdy - Held a bunch of gear with no problems. Didn't have me worried that it was going to break.Big wheels - Rolled nicely over smooth and rough terrain alike.Well Made - Material seems sturdy and robust. Should last a long time.Cons:It's heavy - Not so much that it's impossible to handle, but enough to let you know that it's got some heft. I like that it's solid, but it's fairly heavy to lift in and out of a car trunk.THE BIGGEST ISSUE - This has been noted before by other reviewers and is 100% accurate. Rolling this downhill is a hazard. The steering mechanism needs to be revamped. It doesn't go straight downhill at all, and weaves all over the place. I used it in Washington DC in July (when it was 99 degrees all weekend) and I had to work to keep this thing on track. It didn't matter if I put myself in front or if I wheeled it backwards in front of me.... it still is all over the place going downhill. We walked from the convention center to our AirBnB twice (which was about 40 minutes on foot) and I cursed a lot. It would be nice if it had some better mechanism for the front wheels (attached to the steering bar).Overall, happy with the purchase. It eliminated carrying all my gear and saved my back from aches in the long run. Just wish it manuvered better.

Functionality and durability.
This wagon is the best. It’s easy to open up and navigate. It’s very sturdy and functional. The handle length was great and the overall wagon is easy to maneuver.

Great for everywhere but the beach
Update 07/08/2023:The company contacted me about my review to try to make it right. They also let me know that my issues with the wheels and my suggestions to help improve the product would be passed along to the production team. This wagon checks all the boxes except for being able to preform on sand. The compartments are great, it’s a good weight, it folds up easily and is super small when folded up. I loved everything about it, except that it didn’t work once I tried pulling it through the sand. The wagon is 3 stars for me, it will be 5 stars once the company fixes that problem. The company also gets 5 stars for their quick customer service. It’s nice to have a company stand by their product and customers.Original review:This rolls easily on pavement and it’s easy to fold back up. Handle is a great height (I’m 5’4” with t-rex arms) and slides up and down easily when adjusting the height. The only reason I bought this is to pull my gear on sand. I only had maybe 30 pounds of beach gear and it had to be dragged through the sand! The wheels turned on pavement, so they weren’t locked. This was purchased to replace my old beach wagon with smaller wheels and the performance of THIS wagon was not good for the beach. At all. It is NOT meant for being pulled on sand. I had to DRAG it through the sand. The wheels refused to roll.

Everything it claims to be except use on sand
The wagon holds a lot and amazingly useful. Very sturdy. Used it for 5 beach chairs, tent, water towels and EVERYTHING we packed for the beach. However, be warned that it doesn’t roll well on sand. The claim on the ad is “hard sand”, not beach sand. What got me to think it was good on sand are the pictures in the ad of the wagon on soft sand. Plus of course the posts of it rolling on soft sand. Sure it rolls BUT the one pulling it should be very strong and muscular.
