All about the spray pattern
This has a good shower pattern, and it seems that's far from a given, having sampled a few others. The spray is just right in extent, with 2 main patterns for standard showering: a sort of "generous but not very wide" and then a "more focused flow but not narrow". Plus there's a more piercing, focused massage-y stream if that's something you want. It's what you need, the pressure and flow is good, the spray well distributed, good strength etc.. This is not a given and a lot of the no-name highly reviewed options just don't seem to be able to do this, even while claiming 7 or 9 patterns or something. It does feel pretty light, though I don't much care. I'm not sure you're getting materials so very much better than the cheapies, but it /actually works well/, and that's worth it to me. If it breaks prematurely I'll be back to report. Otherwise, it's just a relief to have an actual competent and pleasant shower head again.

My Search Was A Success
Installed today so longevity is unknown, but on first use it is fabulous. Works great, flow is excellent (2.5 gpm), and installation was a breeze. The flow pattern is like a rain head and I had no issue washing soap off or shampoo out of my hair. Flipped through all of the settings but it looks like I'll be sticking to the main shower one. Also purchased the Kohler Awaken handshower cradle and hose to complete the assembly (see separate reviews). The only issue was I had to take out the strainer as it restricted the flow from my existing plumbing. Very happy with everything!!!

cheap looking plastic and did not fit the Awaken shower slide bar. I returned it.

great full force shower head
this thing feels like a firehose coming out of the wall. it's just a great flowing shower head. it's plastic, so don't get confused about it's materials. this is the second one for us and it's the standard for any shower in our house.

Way beyond expectations
Love this shower head. Great flow, lightweight and beautiful. Kohler is the best and they have great support.

Nice Pressure
Bought this to replace a 1.8 gpm showerhead and what a nice difference! Very easy to replace and works great!

Revised: Cheap quality
Previous review: Looks nice, but missing the heavy feel of a higher end shower head. Revised after one month of occasional use and exactly when the return window closed: The word mark branding went off even though we didnโt even use any harsh cleaning supplies. In fact; I just dry it with a microfiber cloth once a week or so and I just noticed that the print total comes off by only touching it. Very disappointing for a brand that stands for high quality. Now it just looks like any other no-name shower head that feels cheap and light-weight.

Scam, cheap plastic, not metal
Complete scam. I bought this because the listing says it is made of metal. There is no metal on this product. I will be returning it
