Bigjigs Toys Farm Dominoes

my son is 3 and I'm trying to get him into picture matching so i've ordered some lotto games and then these caught my eye. the quality is great - the pictures are painted on rather than stuck on so they'll last for years and i won't have to buy another set for my daughter (have had to do that with quite a few chewed/sucked toys!). It should be quite easy to teach him the concept of playing a game with these as well. Also with all the familiar animals they should be quite fun to use and talk about. These are something that will keep for my kids' kids to use.

I read the reviews on Amazon and they hit the right note with me. My son is 18 months old so too young to play dominoes but at the age where he loves tactile things. We sit on the sofa with this box and he takes them out (as i make animal noises) and he collects them in his hands and then puts them back in the box. He holds them up - says something incomprehensible - but he enjoys them.And sometimes he tips up the whole box and laughs as the dominoes clatter out.Already these have proved a hit - and i would recommend to anyone.They are really well made, great little pictures, in a great wooden box. Top stuff!

I am planning to play this game with my three year old granddaughter. Can't wait!

Although a little bit too old for my grandson he is able to recognize the animals and can play with them this way until he learns how to play dominoes

Great for my 2 year old grandchildren. Not yet old enough to play as it should be but love trying to match them up.Nice big colourful pieces

These domino's are delightful. Good clear pictures, nice sturdy storage box. Strong wooden pieces for little ones to play with. Would highly recommend.

when this arrived I was really surprised at the quality. the dominoes are really nicely decorated and the box is substantial. i have bought another one for my other grandchild and have put it away till they are a little older. I think this is a really good quality traditional present
