Fragile
These work very well, Until you want to remove the hose and then the tips break off of the pump. I repair small engines and I have had more than a few break off! Once in a while you get lucky and it doesn't break!!

Works great/ Be Careful Installing!
I provide service & repair on portable Welder/Generators. These fuel pumps work great but on some of the older Miller & Lincoln Welders you have to be very careful during the installation. If it requires re-routing the fuel lines or bending them to a different angle, you may need to modify the mounting plate where the fuel pump attaches on the carburetor. DO NOT put any unnecessary force on the body of the fuel pump! You will distort the body just enough to compromise the sealing surface of the diaphragm. It will then lose vacuum and not work. This creates a situation where people think the new fuel pump is bad when in reality, they damaged it. Once I went through this learning curve the problems disappeared.

Universal Pulse Fuel Pump for small engines
Received replacement fuel to install on my Hobart welder with Oman P220 engine. Straightforward install . Inspite of trying priming pump, the pump received wouldn’t even pump air. Engine started priming carb.Soaked OEM pump in fuel. Engine started and ran perfectly.

Does not fit. This one is opposite of what I needed.
Ports are in opposite positions. Vacume line in is in opposite direction.
