No, these are not bell peppers, buz the taste is close. It is made of Hungarian sweet peppers, Szeged region has the highest quality.

Q: what are the ingredients?

AS the label says...Sweet Paprika. I don't believe that it is smiked.

Q: How far out is the paprika's expiration and that it's not ready to expire?

I ordered mine recently and the expiration is 2023.

Q: That answer regarding the expiration is not acceptable. There is an expiration date on the tin! How can I be guaranteed before ordering a good date?

Don't order this. It's not Hungarian. When it comes, the tin says "Hungarian style" unlike the picture on the order page. And then you can't return it because it's food.
