I have not used it yet but have used similar product and for light cleaning the dry options work well but this is way too expensive and has increased in price significantly since I purchased. If I was purchasing at this point in time I would be looking at other options.

Wow, this product, along with the prespray, completely rejuvenated my wool rug. It had really bad stains and yellowing, and this worked like magic. It looks like new! I carefully followed the instructions. To buy both products was expensive ($85) l, but a small price to pay considering I was quoted $350 for a professional clean. My rug is 9 x 11 feet, and I still have enough left to do 2 more applications. I did 2 in order to get it this clean. Wish I had taken a before photo! I'm beyond impressed and would absolutely recommend this product for your delicate wool rugs.

I bought this to try on a pure wool area rug that had some staining. I had the rug in the back of my SUV and some dark brown cedar mulch bags I purchased were a bit too juicy inside and leaked on the drive home staining the rug. Instead of having the rug dry cleaned I thought I would give this product a try. I used it exactly as instructed. The staining did not come out, but the rug smells lovely. I then used it on another larger wool rug in my living room and again, several stains did not come out but I feel the rug does look somewhat rejuvenated. The cost was more expensive compared to other products, so would I buy it again at the same price? I don’t think so, but perhaps if it was a better price I might be inclined to buy it again as a rug refresher.
