Nice clear big display
The media could not be loaded. At the time of review you can pick this up for around £8:50 with a voucher.AAA battery is fitted just remove the plastic sleeveThe stand is solid enough and as you can see there is also a magnet built in.I already have a small unit that is similar but find the display a little too small, this new one is betterIf my original is accurate this one is the same.I use mine in the laundry room to monitor moisture levels for plants that are growing. Also useful to know house temperature generally and compare the humidity in the rest of the houseObviously you just get the larger unit that u see in the video and the tape measure is to demonstrate sizeI hope you find the video and my review useful

You get what you pay for
Temperature reading are +- by a degree or two compared with other devices but that's not a deal breaker and I suspect that the HUMIDITY readings are one the high[ish] side . Other than that it's about what I expected for the money -no expecting ROLL'S-ROYCES for FORD money me! Would I recommend? Sure !

Simple
Simple to use, does the job. At first I couldn't work out how you turn it on as there is no on/off switch. Batteries were included but I changed them and it worked.Monitors temperature very well. I've actually put it in my bearded dragon vivarium.

Good product - easy to use and battery operated
SummaryThis very compact humidity and temperature meter is very simple but effective and at a good price too. Its' size also makes it perfect for travelling.Set upSimply install the batteries it is ready to measure. There is a pull-out stand and also a magnetic mounting option.ScreenIt is easy to read in daylight, but perhaps more difficult in dimmer situations. The two readings are very clear and there is also a 'face' to indicate whether the conditions are comfortable for humans (smile, etc.).Value for moneyVery good value at just under £10.

Compact little unit
This is a small, compact digital thermometer. Addition to the temperature it also gives you humidity reading-although in reality I don’t know how to interpret that? Currently it’s showing 61%-what does that mean? Is that good or bad for an indoor reading? Let’s be honest, it’s the temperature I’m interested in, and this it does very well.Runs off a single AAA battery (supplied) it gives a very clear reading in °C (that doesn’t appear to be a way to change it to Fahrenheit, although who in this modern age wants the temperature in Fahrenheit?). There is also a little face that lights up to give you a comfort reading, and it can either be smiling, sad, or neutral. Again, a bit like the humidity reading, I find this a little superfluous. It’s only goes to :-) if the temperature is above 20°, which I’ll be honest in this energy crisis and rising gas bills it’s not often I have my temperature on that high! The unit is magnetic, which is brilliant as you simply find somewhere suitable and there is no drilling - just hang it up. I have put this next to my HIVE thermostat and the reading seems pretty accurate and consistent with my home reading. My Hive shows the temperature is 13.5 and this unit shows 13.6 so it’s pretty spot-on (don’t forget the HIVE temperature reading only goes up in half degrees, and this unit goes up in tenths of a degree so it is more accurate)I like this, I think it’s reasonably priced, easy to read and is a nice compact little unit. Every home - or office - should have one.

Lovely large, easy to read display
I have the White Thermometer/Hygrometer, and I am very impressed with its build quality, finish and large, easy to read display. Also, it is nice to have the options of attaching it to a suitable metallic surface using the built-in magnet on its rear, or to pull out its plastic support to use it freestanding with a slight incline. I am using the latter method. With its display measuring approximately 54mm in height x 42mm in width, and numerals 22mm in height, the temperature and humidity readings are easily legible from a distance. You need to be a bit closer though to see the "comfort zone face", preferably the "smiley" one!I have found its temperature readings to be very accurate by placing it adjacent to room thermometers I already own, but I do not have any other Hygrometers to assess the accuracy of its humidity readings. There are numerous similar products, but a lot of those have a landscape display, whereas I much prefer the upright display of this White Thermometer/Hygrometer, and its price seems very reasonable for what IMO is a very attractive model with a high build quality and finish.

Small, effective - it just works!
Neatly and conservatively packaged, this temperature and humidity sensor just works as you want it too. Clear display, compact form, and no instructions necessary beyond "put the battery in" - what's not to like? Only docked a star because the supplied unbranded battery won't have the greatest life, and the readings (especially humidity) take a little longer than expected to stabilise if you move the device around. But most people won't do that, I guess, so what's the problem?

Small and Neat Thermometer and Hygrometer
I wanted this for home to monitor the temperature more than anything, but it does monitor the humidity too.It comes complete with a battery installed, you just need to remove the plastic from it and put it back. The display updated pretty quickly and sat at 50% humidity and 17.2 degrees, there is a little face that sits beside the humidity mine has no mouth, so I am assuming it isn't sure whether to be happy or not, perhaps I need to turn the heating on!The unit can either stand on the desk using the pull out stand or the magnet can be used to hold it to a metal surface, although the magnet doesn't seem that strong on slippery surfaces such as a whiteboard, but it holds well on my filing cabinet.I would have liked the instructions to be a little clearer regarding which are beneficial settings and why. As far as I can gather, if the temperature is between 20 and 26 degrees C and the humidity between 40% and 70% you get a smiley face.Overall though this is a nice little unit with a bright display and is good value at £9.99.
