Nice design keeps 98% of cold out. I'm only draw back with this is it feels too much like a mask and isn't very breathable in the mouth section.

I bought this for riding on my motorbike during unfavorable weather so I specifically wanted something warm, waterproof and would provide protection to my neck from chilly winds. The Rotto balaclava is made from different materials that allow me and my head to breathe, but with a neck front that is virtually impervious to air providing good frontal neck protection from chilly winds. The only small downside is the mask insert that can make it more difficult to breathe after wearing it for a while, but you don't have to use the insert and then it's fine.The balaclava is also impervious to water which just runs of it and was a comfortable fit for my head, which is larger than average. The different materials that make up the balaclava are also very well sewn together with high quality stitching. Overall I found the Rotto balaclava to be well designed, good quality, waterproof and comfortable.

The media could not be loaded. I do quite a lot of outdoor sports, some when it's quite cold. I bought this for a specific use, blokarting, which is a form of sailing on land. I used it in earnest for the first time today, and I was stunned at how well it worked, in conjunction with some good ski goggles. Sailing at 33mph in 8C in a howling gale and no wind was getting through at all, my head was warm and it felt very comfortable and unobtrusive.The design is good, it's a great fit, though for me the rear zip doesn't have a function, I have a wide head but it fits over easily enough without resorting to unzipping. The material has a decent amount of give yet hugs the head well.This will get a lot of use, and now forms an essential part of my blokarting kit. I rate this very highly indeed.

This would fit, but only if my face was a different shape. The face mask was sew in the wrong place. I'm a 60 year old 17 stone man, and the face mask was no where near my nose and mouth.This may have been a bad one that I had, so I sent it back and bought another type from Amazon.

It's a decent balaclava although it could do with the neck being a bit longer and stitching is quite prominent so if your motorbike helmet fits as it should ( snug ) the stitching will start to dig in your head and it does become painful after aprox 30 min riding
