Die Installation ist ziemlich einfach, die App übersichtlich und die Konfiguration ist auch simpel. Das Schloss hat eine gute Haptik. Habe einen Tag später noch das Tastelfeld dazu geordert und installiert. Mit dem Fingerscanner ist man in zwei Sekunden in der Wohnung. Alles funktioniert hervorragend. Das man den Batterie- Füllstand in der App einsehen kann ist sehr praktisch. Die Batterien lassen sich einfach und schnell wechseln.Das ganze System gefällt mir sehr gut und der Preis ist unschlagbar günstig.5 Sterne gehen absolut in Ordnung...

Wir haben uns dieses Schluss geholt für die hintere Eingangstür für Besuch, das ggf. früher ankommt als man selber. Disappointments:* Lock and keypad instructions are vague - requires a bit of hunt-peck searching in the proprietary app and Alexa to make it all 'go'.* Construction is not robust: all plastic housing except metal mount to door.* Finish and physical design are not esthetically pleasing in person especially when installed - looks much better in the photos.* Chrome rectangle magnet for open-door sensor wasn't shown in photos and is another esthetic buzzkill. Working thru hide/coverup install options...found a way but not sure how it will do over time - it's a very strong magnet and may pull away from the door frame. Will see.* Motor is on the noisy side (as noted in other reviews).Successes:* This lock did accomplished the mission: multi-user smart lock utilizing existing deadbolt mechanism (house is rekeyable for rental option and keeping it 1-key consistent).* Lock meshed well with the existing bolt - operation is smooth.* Proprietary App works well.* Tech integrated well with Alexa on the phone app and in-house speaker group for voice control.* Installation took longer than expected (see 'vague' above) but was smooth - both physical and software related.* Bio Touch Keypad was a huge add and recommended as a new-purchase bundle or as an add-on if already a lock owner. Fingerprint reader works great!Present Conclusion:Good mid to mid-low priced option. Based on construction and esthetics I would look into other options before revisiting this one. It's firmly in the function over form camp.

Alles soweit O.K. funktioniert sehr gut.Welcher smarte Taster ist kompatibel um die Tür von innnen zu öffnen ohne das Drehdings nutzen zu müssen? Oder hat der Knopf schon die Funktion? Wenn ja, wie?

The instructions to install aren't clear. They make it sound like it's far harder to install than it was, but it's still harder to install than it should be. FYI the Wi-Fi bridge does not come with an adapter, just the charging cable, and there is no fingerprint detector. (I didn't think there was based on the model, but they list it as something to review so thought I'd let y'all know.) I ended up not using the lock bc I found the bridge for my Wyze lock. (I had contacted Wyze support about getting another gateway/bridge, but they don't sell just that; said I would need to buy a whole other lock. I was mad and bought this one out of principle. After calming down, I did some research and I don't think you can buy a separate bridge for this lock either.) In the end, it did work when it was installed and seems like it could be a good lock.
