Ho acquistato il trenino per natale. Purtroppo un pezzo dei binari è arrivato danneggiato e la locomotiva doveva avere un difetto perchè dopo i primi utilizzi ha iniziato a girare a vuoto e poi due ruote si sono svitate da sole. Avevo già avviato la procedura di reso, ma mi dispiaceva restituire il prodotto perchè davvero molto bello, di buona fattura, ricco di pezzi con cui creare piste varie. Ho deciso di scrivere al venditore. Il sig. Joyce si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e dopo aver indagato il problema si è premurato di inviare entrambi i pezzi sostitutivi e addirittura una locomotiva extra! Consigliato sicuramente sia per qualità del prodotto che per assitenza da parte del venditore.
