Excellent knife!
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this knife first, then I received a Spyderco Byrd Meadowlark 2 (it's basically the same knife, they even feel the same). This one, however, is better and less expensive.Opens rather smoothly whereas the Byrd is stiff to open or close. It feels comfortable in the hand, you can open it easily with just one hand.It came sharp enough out of the package and with just a bit of work, it gets shaving sharp. It's a GRN or FRN handle which makes it extremely lightweight and resistant. The pocket clip has 4 total positions and as with the Byrd, it is not a deep pocket carry, about 1/4" of the knife sticks out of your pocket, I don't care with this one so it doesn't really matter. The main difference between this and the Meadowlark 2 is the blade steel, this one being 440C and the Meadowlark being 8CR13MOV. Basically very similar if not the same HRC and qualities. The other difference is the price, this one goes for about $17 and the Meadowlark goes for around $32. To me, this one is much, much better.

Amazing Blade!
I cannot stress enough how much I love these blades. They have become my everyday carry (EDC) and I have not regretted it for a second. Despite being an inexpensive knife, it feels and performs like a knife worth $50 or more. It is small, rugged, and easy to sharpen to a razor's edge. I have purchased three of them so far, but have only used one. The other two will serve as backups!

Sharp deal!
This super affordable knife is literally the sharpest out of the box knife I own. I have dozens of pocket knives, many more expensive, but none sharper. Great handle material. Easy open. Strong lock.

Great value for a budget knife
Anyone familiar with pocket knives will recognize this knife has highly emulated Spyderco patterns. This is the size of a Spyderco Delica with a handle similar to the Endura’s having the index finger choil (cutout). I have many pocket knives and most are much more expensive. However, I needed an inexpensive one that had a blade no greater than 3” and that could not be opened by gravity or centrifical force in order to comply with local laws at a future vacation destination and this knife is perfect for that.It is comfortable to hold and use. It has a thin blade that is very ‘slicey’ and came sharp. This is a very good value. 440c steel is decent in its balance of edge holding, sharpen ability, durability, and corrosion resistance.Ganzo/Firebird knives are typically dirty inside from the factory and benefit from a good cleaning and fresh oil. I also needed to tighten up several screws. This was no different. The pocket clip works well but it does not sit deep and too much of the handle sticks out of the pocket in my opinion. I fortunately had a spare deep cary pocket clip that I was able to fit by oversizing the screw holes in it. I would recommend this for light use to anyone on a budget.

Nice Spyderco clone
Lightweight , Ganzo does a great job with build quality in every knife I've handled, it locks up nice and snug, and fairly easy to open. If you ever handled a Spyderco or Byrd this will be quite familiar. It's really a decent little blade to edc. This is a nice budget option, I recommend it

Excellent value.
Deployment and back lock work well but require a little more force - not much - from what I consider perfect. The 440C blade came fabulously sharp, as good or better than my best knives. 440C seems to take a better edge than many other steels. Really good EDC.

You can't go wrong with one of these
They do a good job with their 440c. Takes a wickedly sharp edge and the blade is thin enough that I use one to cut my wife's pills in half. Very handy and light. Similar to a Spyderco Delica but not a copy. I've given a few of these away as gifts. Handy little pocket knife and easy to use and sharpen.

For the price its great knife. But small imperfection
Originally I purchased the Byrd Robin 2 from Spyderco, but ran into issues with it and decided to try Ganzo since the review is good and half of the price. After a week of use I found some issues with 759.1. Tip Down carry position. If you switch the pocket clip to tip down carry, the mounting screws are too long and will rub against the washer, make it difficult to deploy the blade. But its not so bad, I had similar issue with the Robin 2, but in this case Robin 2 was completed not operateable. Ganzo took a bit more effort but it works. I decided to file down the mount screws just a bit and it works fine.2. It is very sharp. Out of box it does push cuts. Very impressed. However, the 440C steel is not the best, but it fits the price range. The edge retention is not great, after a week of light use include cardboard boxes, a few feather sticks it no longer does the push cut, but still slice great. A few pass on a leather strop its doing push cuts again.3. The real issue make me want to return this knife, was while making the downward cuts to make feather sticks, it develop and vertical play on the blade. Its not a lot but it is significant that you can feel it. Initially I though I maybe pressing down the lock, but that wasn't the case. Even when I purposely avoid the lock area, while cutting downward the blade has about 1/16 inches of play. Not so much for regular knife user to notice, but the blade movement/play bothers me. I will reach out to Ganzo to see if there is a solution for this and update with results later.Overall. I like the knife for its price for everyday use. This is not a knife that will last til end of time, but for light use and opening boxes, it works great!
