The shield will fit HJC helmets. But not like the original.The shield is easy to install and is clear.It will not open as far as the OE.

I installed this shield on an existing helmet that is about three years old. The shield that was on it was the original. Installation was super easy and you do not need a screwdriver. I went out for a test drive and the whole world was a bit out of focus. I suspected that the shield was a counterfeit or something. But when I got home I discovered that their was a thin clear film on the outside of the shield presumably to keep it from getting scratched during shipment. So, I'm an idiot. In any case, once I removed that, the world became crystal clear again. Very happy with the shield and with the HJC helmet. I would recommend to a friend and I would buy again.

Price and quality are decent however on my Harley helmet the visor does not open 100% like the original did. I tried cutting the plastic tabs but that didn't help, the visor only opens up halfway when installed on the helmet I do not recommend this if if you prefer to have the option of raising the visor 100% and being able to see clearly outward with no blockage.

Just what I was looking for. Arrived well protected in perfect shape. I know where to go if I need another one.

You have to buy the vent and shield locks separately though. They should have it complete ready to go as well.

no issues what so ever. This was a perfect replacment for the one I had that was scratched. Good idea to replace these at least once a year.
