Why does the product expire within a year? I have 9 months to use it up. How long does the product usually last for? I would like it to last longer.

I personally use the product up to 2yrs from opening and I have not faced any problems

Hi, I use this after washing my hair. And I blow dry it and tong it. It has not damaged my hair and my curls have always reverted back when it is washed again. If you are worried about heat damage you can use it and a heat protectant. I have used both and have not had any problems
