Shake Awake is a must and this one works flawlessly. The see through flip up lens covers are great if you don’t have time to get them up you can acquire targets fine and I have a second one OTW as we speak! Held 0 on my AR9 about to see how it does on my AR15…

I love the shake awake feature. Dot is a little blurry for me but I have bad eyes. Nice little red dot for the money.

Was pretty blown away by the case. The current optic I received came in a cardboard box. This was a pleasant upgrade.The optic has a nice weight to it, at least compared to my previous one. But not enough weight that it drastically changed the weight of the gun.I love the covers. 1) They are flip up so I don't have to worry about storing them once I take it off. 2) super easy to pop up. 3) The fact that they are clear. So if your ever in a jam and don't have time to flip them you can still find target.Super easy to adjust the brightness and easy to access the battery.One minor flaw. The screws that attache to the optic were different. The tool that came with it wouldn't work. I had to use one of those small star shaped bits.One thing to note. I almost rated this 4 stars. The reason for this was that the shake didn't work as advertised at first. I shook the mess out of the optic and even through it into a pillow and the red dot would not turn on. However what I found that if you just turn it on(press any button) and off (hold any button for 3 secs) by using the buttons, then it will not shake to wake. But when I let it sit for 2 mins and it turned off on its own like advertised, then it would turn back on once I raised the gun.

Holds zero, easy to install. Red dot and glass are decently clear. Overall a good pricepoint and product.

This product is very good quality. The dot was very vibrant and visible. For the price this was a very good item and I would highly recommend it.

Like the title states, I'd say this is a very good choice for an airsoft-er or even as a test dot or backup RDS.This optic does come nicely packaged in a small hardshell case. I've owned dozens of high-end red dots, so making direct comparisons to the real deal wouldn't be entirely fair here; even on price point alone. I'd say this most closely compares to the ole' trusty Bushnell TRS25, which isn't a premium optic by any stretch - but they are known for being reliable, well-made, and cost-effective.For pros: you get shake-awake and 2 mounts, as well as an included battery and a nice little hardshell case. The dot also doesn't "halo" when cranked up to its maximum brightness, and the max is plenty bright to be advertised as "daylight bright".Cons: The mounts feel chintzy and the skeletonized high mount is just goofy. Caps on the elevation/windage adjustments are very tall in relation to the size of the optic body.If you're looking for a decent, entry-level RDS in this price range, this one seems to be a good choice - and I say that having not tested the unit long-term or under heavy use. If it holds up well over time, its a winner.

My oldest son is more of the firearm expert than I am, so I let him take this out for a spin. He has some very high-end and expensive optics for his guns, so it would be easy for him to be critical of this unit. However, he was actually fairly impressed with it... especially for the price.The sight is very versatile with some neat features... waterproof, shockproof, multi-coated lenses, long battery life. I had him take one of my rifles that needed to be sighted-in, and he was able to zero it in well using this. For the money, this is a nice addition for me.
