I bought this as my first at home espresso machine. I couldn’t get the frother to work and thought maybe it was user error, but ended up being the machine. I started a return request but was going to have pay almost $75 in shipping. I ended up canceling the return because of this and the seller reached out and asked if they can help, I explained and they ended up providing excellent customer service and fixed the situation. even though I didn’t get the machine I wanted im still happy with the outcome.

The media could not be loaded.  Love this espresso machine - high quality materials and makes great coffee. T only complaint is that my pressure gauge doesn’t seem to work, but I don’t guess that is worth the hassle of returning/exchanging it - though I really wish it did work. Oh well.

I've owned espresso machines of all kinds. I bought this one for my office. This machine honestly puts in the work and is worth every single penny.It's well constructed. Comes well packaged and is easy to set up.Espresso machines are not Nespresso machines. Please read the instructions, and take a moment to learn about the process. That's what makes the difference.Sub 400 bucks, with a decent grinder and steamer is a steal.I don't leave many reviews but this machine deserves the praise.You don't need to be an espresso expert to use this but it is more of a process than insert pod - push button.I think some of the other reviews are really missing the point of what this espresso machine can do for 350ish bucks.Buy it with confidence. It won't let you down

I’ve spent considerable time researching the manufacturer and their instructions on fixing the pressure gauge not working issue! I’ve sent them a contact message and haven’t heard back! Since they no longer have stock on Amazon, I guess that says it all. Bad product, bad manufacturing/reseller! Disappointed

This thing worked for 2 days then the frother went. When making the expresso half the water went to the cup the other half went to the bottom pan. The last thing was that I was happy when I got it I threw away the box and to ship this back I had to pay 18 more dollars. If I can give a zero I would

I got this machine as a gift (so I guess this isn’t a “verified” purchase, but oh well) I thought at first that my pressure gauge was broken until I learned I had just been tamping wrong! I got a spring loaded tamper to help with that since I’m just not strong enough to manually tamp my grinds well, as well as a distributor to help with leveling, so it didn’t really come with everything it needed. I also wound up getting a new frothing pitcher since this one just isn’t big enough to get a good froth going. The machine is good, the grinder works great and the frothing wand does the job. So I wound up getting all new accessories since these were subpar (as expected) however, the main complaint I have is how loud every part of the machine is. The grind is loud and to be expected and the frothing wand is EXTRAORDINARILY loud, as well as pulling espresso shot itself is pretty loud. I definitely am not able to make my coffee in the morning when my partner is still asleep. (Just watch the video someone else posted to get an idea)But the machine does it’s job and works well, and makes a good shot of espresso. The manual isn’t very handy but google helps a ton with learning how to use it.All in all, if you want a good machine for a good price and can deal with the noise, get this one and buy all new accessories and you’ll be in business.Now I’m off to find a new portafilter to make it even better!
