These wraps have saved my wrist during boxing. The tape is strong and doesn’t tear my hair out when I remove it. It’s a little hard to tear with my teeth, having to do it one-handed, but it doesn’t rip with a little effort. It really adds that extra support I need to not injure my wrist when punching the heavy bag.

The tape is high quality and sticks to my skin well. Sweat kinda makes it not stick so make sure you are dry beforehand
