Brilliant! Fits true to size. Very supportive and perfect for running

I've been using this bra for months now and overall i'm very pleased with it. The bra has two clasps at the back and its great for extra support (read that: less bounce!). Still, there's a slight design oddity. The netted material at the back of bra has ripped slightly. I realise the netting was probably a design attempt to help with sweating however its also resulted in a slight rip where the netting meets the strap material. The breasts sit in a hammock type place, personally i prefer this over the individual pockets you get with most bras as i feel it makes your breasts more secure when working out.If you are a D+ i'd definitely recommend this bra. Even you if decide against this particular item, i personally love this brand and will always wear them at the gym.

I bought a 38D in Dark Grey/Blue Nights.Usually I am a 38D or 38DD in regular bras depending on the time of month, so I would say to get your normal size. This sports bra does have to go on quite tightly, as most do, to provide proper support - so don't be afraid to shove them in there. This doesn't stop all bouncing for me as I am pretty big, but it does reduce it quite a bit and it no longer hurts to jump around! Doesn't separate your boobs in any way but does manage to avoid prominent uniboob on me.Used mine for about a month or two of fast paced dancing and jumping around and they hold up well with little adjustment needed mid-exercise. Haven't done anything acrobatic in them or been upside down. Wouldn't use them all day but they are fine for a couple of hours. The colour in the picture is accurate.

This is my third or fourth bra in this style. I definitely think shock absorber offers the best support. I’m a 34C that’s what I bought and it fits perfectly. I bought another brand at the same time (a little cheaper) and I ran on the spot looking in the mirror (I know ridiculous), but, the shock absorber bra is definitely better, not much movement. Essentially does what the name suggests. This is a great price too, they’re often £30+.

Straight out of the bag, this was scratchy - Around the band, but also on the straps at the back. This made running really uncomfortable. Thought a couple of washes would help, but nopeShame really, as it has pretty decent support. Not the most flattering, but they rarely are

A comfortable sports bra with soft material but very effective when I run. Well worth the money!
